Vi tager færgen til Noosa North Shore. Dette er hvor vi ramte Teewah Beach for en 1 time stor strand kørsel!
Vi kører gennem midten af Great Sandy National Park og vi udfører også de akvatiske aktiviteter i nationalparken.
Vores endelige destination er Double Island Point, hovedlandet beliggende midt i Great Sandy National Park. Det er her, vi sætter os for dagen, og hvor vi udfører de akvatiske aktiviteter.

I had a great time on the dolphin / whale kayak at Double Island Point. The guide Kevin was excellent with his narration during the drive up from Noosa, spotting wildlife, and kayak guiding. We saw dolphins and whales while kayaking and Kevin was extremely patient to wait for the whales to get closer and not being rigidly fixed to the schedule to get us back to shore and driving back to Noosa. All together we kayaked for a little over 90 minutes in the ocean. Kayaks and paddles were in good condition and the outfitter does a good job making sure the van is clean and comfortable. Kevin also had a great music playlist and I Shazam’d a couple of the songs. The only thing is I wish there was an option for solo travelers to use a single kayak. But if you’re in an odd numbered party, you will need to kayak with someone else in a double. The waves can be strong as it is open ocean. Additionally if you’re prone to sea sickness consider taking medicine as there was one person on the trip who vomited in the ocean.
Excellent trip. Was amazing to kayak in the ocean. Saw dolphins up close and even got close to a whale. Our guides Kevin and Grant were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. Will definitely do this trip again.
Kevin and Grant were great tour guides. They kept everyone safe while kayaking with 50+ dolphins and a couple of humpback whales. A very enjoyable day out
Tyson was very helpful and supportive even thought we were not experienced kayakers. Still saw lots of dolphins and whales! Love it!
Had a great morning out seeing a couple of pods of dolphins up close and whales in their home. Tyson was a great guide with thorough instructions on how to manage the environment.

Our family of four had a great day on this experience. It’s a full afternoon in a remote location which is stunning. We saw whales, dolphins and lots of birdlife. The kayaking is reasonably demanding but supported by great instruction and excellent guides in Vince and Seb. We appreciated the pickup at the Noosa bus station - just needed to send a message a few days out to arrange this. Read the details before you go and bring everything they recommend - it’s a once in a lifetime experience.

As a complete beginner, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to kayaking. Our guide Seb (the one with long hair) was absolutely fantastic – he gave clear instructions, stayed patient, and made me feel completely at ease. I didn't get seasick at all, picked up the paddling quickly, and by the end, I had lost my fear of the open water. Seb's calm and encouraging attitude made all the difference. A huge shoutout to Vince, our driver and guide, who was equally incredible – super funny, endlessly energetic, and genuinely kind. He kept us laughing all day and made sure everyone was having a great time. Highly recommended!
