Beskrivelse
Først vil vi besøge Efesos, den næststørste by i den antikke verden. Den antikke by Efesos har været den vigtigste by i denne region i 3 tusind år. Derefter vil vi besøge Artemis-templet, som tog en vigtigere rolle i udviklingen af byen. På vej tilbage vil vi have en panoramisk byrundtur i Selçuk, og derefter spiser vi vores frokost (ekskl. drikkevarer) i det tyrkiske tæppeproduktionscenter. Vi lærer tæppekunstens forviklinger på det tyrkiske tæppeproduktionscenter og vender tilbage til, hvor vi startede.

EPHESUS er et besøg i en af de bedst bevarede gamle byer i verden. Gamle historikere troede, at Ephesus blev grundlagt af Amazonas, men nu, det menes at have været den hetitiske by Apasas. Med din guide vil du se Odeion, hvor rådgivende råd holdt sine møder og de romerske bade, samt mange andre kolonner, monumenter og ruiner, herunder Celsus-biblioteket og Grand Theatre of Ephesus. We had a lovely day visiting Ephesus and Sirence, our guide Burak was brilliant, he was knowledgeable and interesting. The drive there was smooth with cool AC. We really enjoyed Burak’s information about the history and he knew all the best spots around the Ephesus site and he also took us to a traditional turkish coffee in Sirence, which was great. Thanks so much!!!

Burak was an exceptional tour guide and truly made our day in Ephesus one of the highlights of our trip! I booked our tour about two weeks in advance and had a couple of special requests, plus a last minute addition to our group. From the very beginning, Burak was incredibly responsive, helpful, and more than accommodating. Everything about the tour was seamless. Before we arrived, he sent me a photo showing exactly where to meet him, which made finding him super easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about Kusadasi, Ephesus, and Turkey in general, and shared the history in a way that was interesting and engaging without ever feeling like a lecture. What really set Burak apart, though, was his personality. He was attentive, flexible, and had a great ability to read the room and tailor the experience to our group. We had a fantastic time, learned a lot, and shared plenty of laughs as well. By the end of the tour, it felt more like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend than simply following a tour guide. I wish every tour guide could be as friendly, congenial, and accommodating. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone visiting Kusadasi or Ephesus. We had a wonderful experience touring Ephesus with Burak! He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire tour for us. Our morning in Ephesus with Burak was truly one of the highlights of our time in Turkey. He was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful, bringing the history of Ephesus to life in a way that was fascinating without ever feeling overwhelming. Having someone who could share not only the history, but also the stories and context behind what we were seeing made the experience so much more meaningful. Lunch was another highlight a beautiful, quaint local spot that felt authentic and tucked away from the typical tourist experience. It was the perfect way to finish such a memorable morning. Burak was warm, engaging, and a fantastic guide from start to finish. We left feeling like we’d experienced much more than just a tour of Ephesus, we’d gotten a wonderful glimpse into the history, culture, and hospitality of Turkey.
