Although I reserved a larger car for passengers then we needed, if you are needing room for extra luggage space you may want to contact them directly to ensure the right vehicle size is sent.

The Mercedes V-Class offers ample passenger seating and luggage capacity, and it is specifically selected for bookings requiring additional space. Really fantastic and attentive communication via chat through their website. I was worried about the timing of our transfer as we needed to get from Gatwick to our next flight at Heathrow. Having never worked with them before, I wasn’t sure it would all work out but the attention to detail in their communication convinced me to give them a try. All worked smoothly, we had a great driver, and got to Heathrow with plenty of time to make our connection. Would definitely use MiniCab again.

The driver was not happy that he had to wait for us. Our luggage unfortunately took forever to unload and I understand that it was frustrating as we also were frustrated. We also had to pay more as apparently there was only a certain amount of waiting time in the original price. The car was parked fairly far away and we had heavy bags and the driver walked very fast and did not offer to help at all with our bags so we struggled to keep up with him so that we did get lost.
From the booking to the pick up, the communication was excellent. Great service, great driver and great price. I would highly recommended this company.

I pay for a car transfer - over $100 - and we were picked up in the crappy little economy sedan. You photos shows a Mercedes - so we expected a luxury - or at least premium ride - this was totally unacceptable and misleading

We used MiniCabRide for a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow airport. The communication from the company was great. The pickup point was easy to find and the driver was prompt. It’s an easy service to use with drop off right at the Heathrow terminal. We will be booking them again for a transfer from Southampton Port this summer.
