I was picked up a little bit late. But it was acceptable. Nothing more than pick up and drop off. Arrived at airport on time.

Our driver was waiting at the hotel front desk when we came down five minutes before our scheduled time. He was professional, the car was new, and our ride to the airport was quick. Highly recommend.

The transport didn't arrive on time, I had to call to the company and then a car arrived 30 minutes late

Very quick to respond when I had a query/wanted to change the pickup time at short notice. Driver was ready and waiting when I arrived at the pickup point.

More expensive than a Yandex Black taxi but the car was equal to a start level vehicle. Low quality car with a horrible stench of cigarette smoke. Not worth it.
