Considering it is summer, the place was not too crowded so we had a nice time inside. Ticket was emailed which was smooth. Nothing to complain at all.
The ticket did not explain where to stand in line to get into the Pantheon. Viator notified a change in reservation.
Instructions are very unclear and misleading. Long queues coupled with incorrect instruction made it harder than it needed to be.
There is still a line, go early in the morning to avoid crowds. Try to purchase tickets directly from the pantheon to save yourself money.
Thank you for your comment, as mentioned on the product description you cannot skip the security check and that is the only queue you would have to go for.
What a rip off 5 euros to get in, not skip the line at all, just skip payment line, pay by credit card was much shorter queue and went straight in. Will be looking for partial refund charged £23 when could have gone in for 10euros and got in quicker
Thanks you for your comment. As you didn't stand in the line to buy the tickets, so it is skip the ticket line entry as mentioned on our product title. Security check is mandatory for everyone, nobody can skip it. In market place we have to pay commision, tax, office rent, employee cost, insurance, VAT and other charge. We cannot sell a ticket at purchase price. Common sense!!
The Pantheon was amazing, the structural work is phenomenal. Having the online entry tickets definitely saves you time and it was easy to use/access.

The Pantheon is sensational. A must-visit in Rome. The only negative point was that the operator made the tickets available just a few hours before entry and did not respond to the messages sent.

Awful!!!! Don’t waste your money, this is not skip the line. You still have to wait and you can buy at place for a lot less!
Thanks a lot for comment. We are not selling skip the line tickets while it is skip the ticket line. We are selling entry tickets of Pantheon. Now a days security like airport style. Be patient while you are in security line. Reliant Tours hope, you took positive aspect of your visit.
