Seoraksan er populært kendt som det smukkeste bjerg i Korea. Med fantastiske dale og vandfald blev det valgt som et naturbeskyttelsesområde den 5. november 1965, internationalt anerkendt for sine sjældne plante- og dyrearter og udpeget som den 5. nationalpark i Korea i 1970. Seoraksan blev et udpeget Biosphere Preservation District af UNESCO i 1982. Det tager tre timer i bil at nå Seoraksan fra Seoul. Vores guide tager dig til Seoraksan National Park, Sokcho med en privat minivan med aircondition. Du vil gå til Gweongeumseong fæstningstoppen (700m) med svævebane, og du kan se det smukkeste landskab af hele Seoraksan ved Gweongeumseong fæstningstoppen. Efter Gweongeumseong-turen besøger du det buddhistiske tempel Shinheungsa. Efter rundvisning ved Seoraksan tager guiden dig til hotellet i seoul.
Gwongeumseong-fæstningen er stedet for en borgruin beliggende på Seoraksan-bjerget. Bjergsvævebanen til toppen af Gwongeumseong-fæstningen blev installeret i 1971, og du kan nyde den smukke natur på Mt.Seoraksan gennem svævebanen.
Sinheungsa er et smukt og gammelt tempel beliggende på skråningerne af Seoraksan.

Visiting Mount Seoraksan is a must when you have at least 1 day in Korea. Very particular views and a worthy walk to the stunning waterfalls. The temple creates a peaceful environment

Bergen is a wonderful tour guide! Scheduled work on the gondola caused us to change the itinerary a bit, but when we arrived today, the gondola was working and he very quickly pivoted and was able to accommodate the changes. Highly recommended!!!

It was a gorgeous day in the mountains by the seaside, guided by Mr. Kim, a very nice and considerate person with a fantastic sense of humor and good (safe) driving skills. His stories about the daily life of an ordinary person in South Korea made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will treasure forever. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had a windy day and the cable car didn't work. We didn't see to much from the NP, but our guide, Michael took us to Nami Island instead and we spent a very pleasant day with him.
Because of strong wind, we couldn't take cable car at Mt.Seoraksan. However, it is pleasure to hear that you enjoyed Nami island tour with a lot of pleasure. Thanks, Bergen Park
