This experience is worth the price. Liwa is not often mentioned when you travel in UAE so this is a new experience. The empty quarter is so beautiful. The vast area of the desert was astonishing. I thought that there will be only few places to visit but there were so many things to do.

I had an amazing, dare I say life-changing experience. Going deep into the desert and seeing the rolling dunes was nothing short of breathtaking and mesmerizing. Climbing Tal Moreeb and then going to see the perfect desert sunset was a particular highlight. My driver Shihab was very kind and knowledgeable, and the dune-bashing was intense but thrilling. The trip is a long one, but it is worth every second and penny, and I will remember it for the rest of my life. Thanks!

The journey is quite long, but the view of the high dunes is spectacular and definitely worth the long journey! During the trip you can very well spot the different dune shapes and sand colors, it never gets boring. The drive over the sometimes very steep dunes gives thrills :-) Our guide Basith was great - he explained a lot and was very accommodating. Overall highly recommended!

I went to the Liwa Desert in November. First, I went to the town of Liwa and saw the oasis. Then, I went to see the Liwa sign. And then, finally, the desert! The endless desert, with its changing colors depending on the sunlight, was so beautiful. The guide arrived on time and gave detailed explanations when we arrived at the landmarks. It was so much fun to watch the guide drive through the desert. We had a wonderful day. It was winter, but the temperature was close to 30°C during the day, so please be sure to take precautions against the heat.

Superb experience. Basith is an excellent driver and was a fantastic guide. He collected us from our apartment and we had an amazing experience, saw plenty of wildlife and managed to climb the summit of the highest sand dune. Plenty of stops for photos, drinks and also time for a lovely lunch in an oasis of date palms. I would thoroughly recommend this trip, it is excellent value.
