Comparing that to a free sales pitch in a retail shop is simply not the same experience. We never aim to compete on being the cheapest as we focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and quality. Thank you for your feedback. Our Express Experience is intentionally designed as a short 20-minute introduction to artisan chocolate making and is priced at just €5 per person. We are sorry if it felt too brief for your expectations. As a small artisan workshop, unlike large industrial factories, our production space is limited and visitors are welcomed directly into our working environment. The tour is designed to give a quick glimpse into the chocolate-making process rather than a full factory visit with extensive walking between machines. We understand that this format may not suit everyone, but we aim to offer an accessible and authentic experience at a very modest price point.
