An excellent tour and got us to the top smoothly. Viator were good in amending my previous booking as I misunderstood the time. However , that could have been avoided if 9.45 pm in the drop down box was shown as 21.45
The Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise is definitely something you can book and manage on your own if you are comfortable doing that. This was our first time to Paris, and we weren't sure how things worked, so we booked this Tour simply because tickets to Eiffel were sold out on the official website, and we really wanted to go up in it! We paid way more this way, but at least we got to do it. The meeting spot was in a wierd location (standing in front of a random restuarant) and it was hard to figure out who the guide was. It would have been better to meet closer to the Tower and for her to have some identification. The river cruise does not have a set time, so be there at least an hour before you actually want to do the cruise. We wanted to do a night cruise, so we showed up at 9 for a 10 pm cruise. The line is SUPER LONG in the summer (July) but it moves fast, and we were able to get on.
Do not waste your time paying someone to literally walk you to the line from a meeting point. You can go on your own and pay less. Literally that’s what I paid for, someone to walk me to the line. You don’t get any better viewing spots, it’s still crowded and not worth what I paid. Go on your own!

The meet up location was easy to find and our guide told us interesting facts on the walk into the grounds. She helped us get into the correct line and on the right track for a wonderful night. Sunset is the perfect time to view the city and it was a night to remember.
Awful experience don’t waste your time or money. You still have to do the lines. The meeting point was hard to find. To resume everything would not do it again.

Loved this tour - our guide was amazing - shared a great history and had humour :) this is well worth doing when in Paris - great for families too.
1/5 Hi TripAdvisor, I am really disappointed with this tour as it was cancelled without advance notice, can’t even find a Trip Advisor email that I can send my issue across, and I received messages from your tour partner that I did not show up even though I did.. with my family too I would like to ask for a refund for my Eiffel Tower booking at SGD491 (for 4 pax) I was at the meeting venue with my family. And your tour representative named Maya (I believe she is from Global Tours & Tickets) told us that Eiffel Tower tour is cancelled as the tour representative aren’t able to reach Eiffel Tower personnel on the tour. She said to all the people who bought this tour (including us) that we will get a full refund due to this unfortunate situation. May I know when will you give me a refund? Please contact me asap so that I am aware that your company is processing my refund request. Thanks
It worked well. Better description of where to meet. Or more descript guide attire or maybe a sign? It worked fine though, we found them easily, and the guides were helpful and great.
It was great but I thought we would get a tour guide with it and we were basically on our own. Make sure to arrive on time or else they leave without you.
