Great trip. Amazing value. Never felt rushed. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We snorkeled with turtles, eagle rays, tons of fish! I would definitely take this tour again. It was fantastic. Amazing sunset to wrap up the evening. Thanks Andy, Sydney, and Darian.
Best time, the crew- CJ and Darian were amazing, fun, and very knowledgeable! Pizza Pi was yummy, drinks were great! And Darian made sure we didn’t make miss anything during our snorkeling! 10/10
Had so much fun! Shout out to Sydney and BK for making it such a memorable experience, and got to see many fish! Definitely recommend for a family and or couples!

D, John and the Captain gave a great tour of the islands. We saw goats on the cliffside. The guide found sea turtles and rays for us to see. We also saw squid and lots of tropical fish. They were so attentive to everyone on board and created such a wonderful atmosphere for us. It was a great end to our trip. Would highly recommend.
We had a great time - we saw everything we wanted to including, turtles, fish, stingrays and some eagle rays. Andy, Sydney and Darien were all great. Everyone came off the boat smiling. We would definitely do it again.
Our snorkel adventure was one of the most disappointing vacation experiences our group has ever had. We specifically booked this excursion because we were told there would be around 30 passengers on the boat. Instead, there were well over 45 people onboard, making the boat feel overcrowded and the experience much less enjoyable than what was represented when we booked. What was even more upsetting was how our family was treated. Before we even boarded the boat, crew members followed our children around the store and made comments that implied they were concerned our kids might steal something. Throughout the excursion, both the adults and children in our party were subjected to passive-aggressive and sarcastic remarks. Based on the comments and treatment we received, we left feeling that we were treated differently because of our race. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. We also had serious concerns about safety. We made the crew aware that several members of our group were first-time snorkelers and beginners. Despite that, there appeared to be only one crew member in the water supervising dozens of snorkelers. At one point, John had already returned to the boat, changed into dry clothes, and was relaxing while swimmers were still more than 100 yards away in the ocean. That was alarming, especially considering the number of inexperienced swimmers in the water. Instead of being helpful, the crew responded to questions and requests with sarcasm and dismissive attitudes. They also made comments that suggested our group’s presence and size were making other passengers uncomfortable, leaving us feeling unwelcome throughout the trip. We booked this excursion hoping to give our children an unforgettable first ocean snorkeling experience. Instead, they left feeling dismissed, singled out, and disrespected. No family should leave a vacation activity feeling that way. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Management should be transparent about passenger capacity, ensure adequate supervision for snorkelers, and, most importantly, provide customer service and bias training so every guest is treated with dignity and respect.

Our goal is for every guest to have a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming experience, and we regret that this was not how your family felt. We would like to clarify a few points for future readers. Your group reserved this excursion through a third-party concierge rather than booking directly with Ocean Surfari. We understand the concierge initially offered your group a private charter, which would have accommodated your party exclusively, but that option was declined. Our public excursions are shared experiences, and our passenger count on this trip remained within the vessel's certified capacity and operating guidelines. We also take safety extremely seriously. We are proud of our long-standing safety record, and guest safety is the foundation of everything we do. Every guest is provided with an individual snorkel flotation device, and during snorkeling there is always a crew member in the water assisting guests while additional crew members remain aboard in elevated positions to maintain continuous visual oversight of everyone in the water. While crew responsibilities change throughout the excursion, our safety coverage is maintained at all times. We are also concerned by your statement that your family was treated differently because of race. We want to be clear that Ocean Surfari welcomes guests of every background, and discrimination has no place in our company. We take such concerns seriously, but nothing reported to us by our crew or reflected in our procedures supports the conclusion that your group was treated differently because of race. Even so, we are sorry that this was your perception, as making every guest feel welcome is important to us. We appreciate all feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to review our service and communication. While we respectfully disagree with several of the factual assertions in your review, we are sorry that your expectations were not met, and we wish you and your family the very best.
CJ, Darin and John were amazing!! This trip was the best. We did everything and the crew made sure everyone in our group had an amazing time. John helped everyone find all the sea creatures and even sent us the video’s and pictures he got. We saw turtles, stingrays and so many fish. Darin is the best bartender on the island and she even helped my 8 year old snorkel and feel comfortable in the water. CJ is best captain. We had rough seas at the start of the trip and she kept us steady and made sure we were all safe. All in all I would recommend this trip to everyone!! Also, on the plus side the pizza was amazing!
Experience was not how it was marketed. John, Darrien and CJ started the experience very cordial. As the experience progressed John (especially) became very rude. He was not actually watching the snorkelers and he was extremely rude to many people in my family. In addition, in total I saw 4 fish and 1 turtle in the entire excursion. I would not recommend this tour with this company, especially for the money that we paid. We paid a total of $700 for 6 people with gratuity included before we started the tour.

Cj, Darian and John were spectacular! They kept the whole vibe light and fun. Explained the rules and regs and took us on an adventure.!
