For at begynde turen skal vi se Angkor Wat-templet og solnedgangen der. Dette enorme tempel blev bygget i begyndelsen af det 12. århundrede af kong Suryavarman 2. Angkor Wat har tre niveauer med 5 hovedtårne. Angkor Wat er blevet Cambodjas nationale symbol og findes endda på nationens flag, da det symboliserer landets sjæl. Dernæst skal vi besøge Ta Prohm Temple kendt som Tomb Raider Temple med træet, der dækker templet. Bakheng Mountain ligger tæt på Angkor Wat-templet. Det ligger omkring 1,5 kilometer nordvest for Angkor Wat. Det er det ældste tempel i Angkor Archaeological Park, og er en af de mest populære turistattraktioner i Cambodja. Templet er bygget på en 79 meter høj bakke og har fem sandstensreservater på øverste niveau. Helligdommene er arrangeret i et quincunx-mønster, med en i midten og en i hvert hjørne af niveauets firkant. Templet er også omgivet af 108 små tårne, som for det meste er styrtet sammen. Phnom Bakheng er et populært sted at se solnedgangen, da det byder på panoramaudsigt over Angkor Arkæologiske Park. Det er også et populært sted at se solopgangen, men udsigten er ikke så god som ved Angkor Wat. I had an incredible experience exploring Angkor Wat with Sun as my private guide. From the moment the tour began, Sun’s warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the temples made the entire day unforgettable. He shared the history, symbolism, and hidden stories of each site in a way that was engaging, clear, and full of passion. Thom was a wonderful guide, he was welcoming and friendly, spoke English very well and was very knowledgeable on his subject. We really enjoyed the tour, Thom had a very good sense of humour and we had good fun. One of our party of three had some difficulty with mobility, he adapted the tour to suit us all. Our driver we also could not praise highly enough, we were very comfortable. We would highly recommend Thom

Afternoon tour was hot…midday was 95*. A lot of steps & walking/hiking for us in our 70s. Sun was informative & patient.

I did the Angkor Wat temples tour by bicycle. It was fantastic. We started out from the Empress Angkor Wat Resort & Spa, rode to Angkor Wat temple, followed by Ta Prohm (aka Tomb Raider) Temple, followed by Bayon Temple then back to Empress in Siem Reap. All in all, the tour took around 6Hrs including a stop for lunch at a nice local restaurant. Distance wise it was approximately 35km of riding, all easy flat and mostly paved. I am a keen cyclist, and typically seek out bike tours when I visit places, this one was great. Besides the riding, Mr Chuop was an excellent guide. I learned a lot about Khmer history and the temples. Thom from "Travel to Inspire" tours was also great, proactively contacting me days before the tour to confirm bike size and pickup arrangements. I highly recommend this tour!

We took this amazing tour yesterday. Was fantastic, very puntual well organized and caring with details. Water and soft drinks in the car. Cold towels after the visits. Sophi, our guide, is awesome. He speaks Spanish very well. Al the time explaining the sites with high enthusiasm. 5 stars !!
