Such a fun experience! Haven’t ridden a bike in years. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They encouraged me to take my time and gave suggestions on places to ride bike. Very informative on functionality of bike. Would definitely be back. This was an awesome experience.

My first time ever doing a Self guided bike tour in an unfamiliar place. I am happy to say that this was the best way to get around Salt Lake City. Matt the owner of the shop is a delightful, kind, and generous person. He will give a map, draw it out for you ,and say, "GO have fun and enjoy yourself!" That is exactly what my friend and I did. We drove our ebikes to ensign park and to the state capitol. I am an experienced mountain bike rider ,but my friend is not. However, the ebikes made the trip fun for both of us. Salt Lake Ebikes is an exciting way to see Salt Lake City!
Matt and his staff are the very best. They cover all the details of a bike rental, making sure you're safe and comfortable. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Quality!
It was so much fun! All the staff were so nice and helpful! They made sure we were comfortable on the bikes and had a good solid understanding of how they worked. I'm definitely going back!
My wife and I wanted to try out e-bikes for the first time and decided to do it while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The experience could not have been better! Staff was very helpful, answering our basic questions patiently. They made good suggestions about where we could go to comfortably explore. It was a blast! We ended up staying out for four hours. We felt like teenagers again. The bikes worked fine. Will definitely do it again.
