Michele’s Kitchen was a wonderful cooking experience. He taught us how to make homemade pasta and we added ingredients to our desire. The cooking class was wonderful and sharing the meals with locals was excellent. I highly recommend.

Michele and his lovely wife, Wanda were incredible hosts. Michele’s love for food and cooking and sharing his knowledge with us shined through. Michele reached out several times prior to the event and even offered a choice as to what we would prefer to make. He shared a family recipe with us and it was absolutely delicious. We are very grateful for Michele and Wanda’s hospitality and a great evening sharing stories from our travels in Italy and about our families, who interesting enough were from the same region of Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience as our last evening from a two-week long trip to Italy. I would highly recommend booking an experience with Michele. Very nicely done and even better time spent with good people.

Special evening with Michele and his wife Wanda. Truly a wonderfully gracious couple. Genuinely engaging conversation…my husband and I felt very much at home. We’ve done similar experiences in France and Italy, and have to say that Michelle’s was much more hands on, giving us the ability to make this pasta dish after returning home. We made Orecchiette with broccoli, guanciale and sun dried tomatoes, a nice light pasta dish. Enjoyed a wonderful antipasti and Prosecco, wine with dinner, Panna Cotta and Limoncello for dessert. Michelle printed out the recipe, and even gave me a recipe for another dish I had inquired about. Wonderful evening.

Recommended as the best restaurant for family trips. Rabbit, shrimp, shrimp, cabbage are all delicious. Especially the virtual is the best.

Enormously instructive and cozy evening in Italian cuisine. We got to learn how to make pasta from scratch, get an insight into Italian everyday life and its wonderful flavors 🥰 Thanks Michele too and for a fantastic evening!

we experienced a cozy evening together with Michele and Wanda. We cooked together and were allowed to eat fine Casoncelli. The whole thing was framed with a fine starter followed by dessert. Wine and limoncello were also plentiful. We really enjoyed it.

Very welcome from Michele and his wife. We had opted for a cooking course with tagliatelle with gorgonzola and nuts, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. Special mention for their command of French, go there with your eyes closed

What a great experience, cooking with Michele in his home. We had an authentic dinner prepared with his assistance, wonderful company, great learning opportunity and a pleasant dinner with Michele and his wife sharing food, wine and culture together. Michele and Wanda were the best hosts! What a great experience. So much fun would definitely do again. The food we cooked was delicious and cannot wait to go home and prepare for friends and family.
