Cykel gennem parken Nara og se harmonien mellem byen og hjortene. Undgå mest trafik ved at følge din lokale guide for at få den bedst mulige cykeloplevelse.
Beundre den store sydlige port, symbolet på Todaiji-templets domæne. Beundre de to hårde vogtere af porten og nyd skønheden i dens unikke arkitektur.
Udforsk Todaiji-templet, og lær om dets historie. Besøg templet, hvor den største bronze Buddha-statue i landet er placeret, "Daibitsuden", og få en chance for at gå gennem Buddhas næsebor.
Besøg den originale butik hos det prestigefyldte knivmagerfirma Kikuichi. Få en introduktion til japansk bestik, samt råd om japanske knive, hvis det er nødvendigt. Tidligere Katana-producent, der er ikke noget bedre sted at få japanske knive, direkte fra producenten.
Besøg den gamle helligdom "Kasuga Taisha" og lær om dens ånd, Kasugas ånd, som kan beskrives som naturens ånd, men også en generel introduktion til Shinto. Beundre den smukke lanternesti, og få mulighed for at fremsætte et ønske ved Shinto-helligdommen og få forbindelse til ånden.
Stop ved Ukimido, en skjult perle i den sydlige del af Nara Park, og et berømt fotosted til bryllupper. Gå på træbroen og slap af i en meget fredelig atmosfære. Få chancen for at tage et flot billede omkring dammen, og nyd området med færre turister end i den nordlige del af parken, før du går tilbage til basen.

Had a fantastic tour! Would recommend to anyone. It’s a great way to see a bit more and get a little further from the hordes of people.

We had such a wonderful time exploring Nara Park via electric bike. There’s no way we would’ve been able to see everything in one day by foot. This gave us the opportunity to really see and experience the entire park and more! Our guide, Christophe, was excellent!!!

The meeting point was easy to find and once you know the amount of acres the park entails, you thank whatever deity you believe in for eBikes. You could walk and wonder for miles without the bike. Christophe, set us up for our visit in Japan. The tour was full of wonderfully presented information that created respect and a basic understanding of what the Deer park, Temples and Shrines stood for and continue to represent. I would, and have already, recommended this tour.
A lovely afternoon out, though quite heavy on the Nara Park experience and lighter on the temples/knife aspect. We were a large-ish group in a crowd and it was sometimes hard to get a real history background on the locality (the deer were also a distraction) and the knife store visit was just that -- not a special event per se.
Best way to see Nara! The e-bikes were fantastic. But the tour guide was even better. Matthew was kind, knowledgeable and very informative. Would definitely recommend taking this tour.
One of the things we really appreciated about Christophe was his kindness We were running late and he patiently waited for us to join the group. He explained in great detail why things were the way that they were with historical accuracy. He provided snacks for us as well as the deer. We highly recommend Christophe as a guide.
I thought about taking a bike tour of Nara because I thought it would be nicer to move around and see more things in the time that we had! And I was right! Not to mention, our guide gave us wonderful information along the way. It was informative as well as fun.
Fabulous experience hitting the best of Nara. Very enjoyable afternoon. Our guide was knowledgeable and gracious. Highly recommend.
The tour path was simple riding, and saved my feet a ton of steps. I went in the early AM group and there were far more tourists at these places as we were leaving than when we began. This made for a more calm tour. The group tour guide, Matheus, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel very safe riding the ebike for the first time in Japan. I think this is the absolute best way to see Nara. Go shop at the market and grab a bite at any of the wonderful small restaurants on the old side of Nara. They have so much local items made in Nara. Id give them 10 stars if I could!
