we did widlife big canoe tour with our tour guide Mardi. She was amazing, provided lot of information about the widlife and the area and wasmver funny and friendly. we have enjoyed our time. thank you, Mardi.

We didn’t see a lot of wild life, couple of beavers. But our guide, Bree was so knowledgeable about the area, and the views from actually being on the Bow river were spectacular! Well worth the trip.
The guides were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Ethan was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. We saw a beaver by its den. The evening tour was the perfect time to go. I highly recommend this tour.

Great time on the river with Emily our guide, very eager to share her love and knowledge of the place. We saw elks, beavers and a bald eagle, while enjoying the serene atmosphere on the river at sunset.

We booked this tour prior to our arrival in Banff. We were very much looking forward to this canoe tour. On the day of the tour around 11am we were emailed to say the tour was cancelled. The reason cited was bad weather. In actual fact the weather whilst slightly drizzling in the morning, was bright and sunny with no wind by the afternoon. The late cancellation was completely at odds with the actual weather on the day. Nevertheless we moved our booking to our last day rather than request a refund. On the rescheduled day we were unable to do the tour due to an unforeseen event. We contacted the company and explained the situation but they were completely resistant to offer any options or refund. A poor service indeed.
Hello Zeena We would like the opportunity to discuss your experience as this is very unusual. We only cancel tours if it is heavy rain, risk of thunderstorm or very cold, which would make for an uncomfortable tour for guests. I cannot find a reservation under your name. If you would like to contact our team on 403 762 4554 so we can find out more details and hopefully come up with a resolution.
Do not take this tour for the wildlife but if you want a nice relaxing canoe ride with great views and a knowledgeable guide it is for u.
