Oplev sjælen i Dublin gennem dens smag! På vores Secret Food Tour: Dublin, vi springer turistfælderne for at bringe dig en autentisk smag af Irland. Startende mod den historiske baggrund af Trinity College, vil du slutte sig til en lokal ekspert for en kureret tur gennem byens mest ikoniske kvarterer og skjulte kulinariske hjørner. Smag på hjertet af vores arv med en traditionel, langsomt tilberedt irsk stew og frisk udskårne lokale østers. Kombiner håndlavede irske oste med den søde forkælelse af irsk kaffe og håndlavede is, alt vasket ned med en brygget irsk øl. Vand og drikkevarer er inkluderet, så du bliver taget hånd om fra første stop. Hver tur indeholder vores eksklusive mund-vandende Secret Dish! Det er en lokal skat, du ikke vil finde på nogen standard menu! Ved slutningen af denne 3-timers rejse, vil du ikke bare være fuld. Først vil vi stoppe ved en trendy cafe/bar, hvor vi vil lære at lave deres prisvindende Irish Coffee, og hvor vi selvfølgelig vil nyde det endelige resultat.
Vi vil blive budt velkommen i en populær restaurant for at prøve et udvalg af irsk ost.
Vi vil nyde en frisk østers fra Flaggy Shore, Co Clare i et malerisk Seafood-sted.
Et bord er reserveret til frokost i det berømte Temple Bar-område, hvor vi vil prøve traditionelle irske retter med hjemmelavet sodavand.
Til sidst vil vi have en særlig godbid af Irish Ice Cream, lækre smagsvarianter med et twist.

We had the best time on our tour with Francesca! We got to try everything from Irish coffee (best we’ve ever had) to oysters to authentic Irish stew and a sausage roll. Francesca helped us appreciate the food along with history. The tour was filled with old Irish history, Dublin traditions, and recent history so we got a real feel for what the city is like today. The tour took us through some interesting neighborhoods and corners of the city, too. I highly recommend this tour for foodies who want to be oriented to Dublin and get a full experience of what the city has to offer. A must! We’ve now done this type of tour in Barcelona and Athens as well, and Dublin delivers. Thank you, Francesca!

Food tours in general are a great way to learn about a new city and this one was particularly excellent. The success/enjoyment of a food tour starts with the guide and our guide, Ann, was terrific - friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about both Dublin's history and its funny stories and quirks. The food/drinks were great - starting with an authentic Irish coffee (spoiler alert: no Bailey's in the real ones) and ending with potato flavored ice cream (way better than you would think), with many delicious things in between. Our group of 10 was a perfect size and we all agreed it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this!

Ashlyn was very knowledgeable and a lovely host. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food and beverages. One suggestion I might make is that Ashlyn consider using a microphone as the traffic noises sometimes made it hard to hear. But all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

Ronan was kind and knowledgeable. My friend and I both had some walking issues, he made sure we could keep up and that there was adequate room for us on the sidewalk. The food stops that he had were really tasty and well spaced out. We had some trouble getting ice cream at the end of the day, but he managed to find what may have been the only place downtown that was serving ice cream.

Kieran was amazing!!!! He was so wonderful and knowledgeable. He gave us history, while tasting delicious food along the way. Everything was delicious, we even tried oysters for the first time. My son has special needs and he was so kind and patient with him. This was our best excursion hands down!!!!
