Overall, we had an enjoyable lunch yacht trip, and the duration was just right. The food was also nice, with more than enough for everyone to enjoy. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest issue was the lack of shade on the top deck. It was extremely hot, and we were sweating profusely, which made it very uncomfortable to sit and eat. The lower deck had air conditioning, but because staff were constantly going in and out, it became quite warm inside as well. We were asked to remove our shoes, which we completely understood, but the outside deck became scorching hot, and unfortunately we ended up burning the soles of our feet. Alternative footwear, such as slippers or protective deck shoes, should have been provided for guests’ comfort and safety. The food was good and there was plenty for everyone, but it was simply too hot to comfortably eat on the top deck. We were told that we could only eat inside the air-conditioned room if we sat at the table, but the table was only set up for four people. It would have been helpful to have more flexible seating arrangements so everyone could enjoy their meal in a cooler environment. Another suggestion would be for the captain to provide some commentary or narration when passing places of interest. This would have made the experience more informative and enjoyable, particularly for guests visiting the area. Overall, the trip had some lovely aspects, especially the food and the duration, but improvements to shade, cooling, footwear and seating would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

We booked this trip the day before and managed to get on it. We arrived early and had a nice wander around the nearby Mall. Check in was easy and we were guided to the yacht. We chose the upstairs deck so could get shelter when needed. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The bbq food was good. We paid the extra for the alcohol provision which was worth it and the photos which we were very pleased with. Would recommend this trip for great sight seeing and hospitality
