Familiesuiterne (ekstra gebyr) leveres med butlerservice og kan rumme maksimalt 6 gæster (inklusive voksne og børn) - ideel til familier og forretningsrejsende, der foretrækker deres egen plads og privatliv. Vi har også et specielt designet legeplads med bæredygtigt trælegetøj til vores små rejsende.

Lounge is specious, check in was smooth. Food - very very limited options, just 1 chicken, 1 fish and 4 to 5 other veg. dishes. that's it. Finding,plate napkins, and waiting foe dish refill is a mission. For soft drinks, there is no ice available. have to get it from bar (which honestly I wasn't comfortable). Overall, decent sitting facility with poor food range and service.

I’d rate this as one of the worst airport lounges in Dubai. The food selection was very limited, and what was available was below average. Even basic items like sparkling water came at an additional charge, which was disappointing. I usually use Ahlan Lounge when travelling through Dubai, and the difference is significant. Ahlan offers a much better selection of food and complimentary drinks, along with a far better overall experience.

The nicest place to relax between flights, beautifully clean, lovely hot shower, great food and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Had a very upsetting experience at the bar. Ranjeet, the bartender on duty, was unprofessional and openly racist toward me. It’s shocking to encounter this kind of behavior in an airport lounge. I expect a basic level of respect when I pay for a service, and he failed to provide even that.

Comfortable lounge good space , staff were very nice, the shower was very welcome after long flight before next connection.good choice of food and drinks.well located for duty free section , lifts and escalators for small train to B terminal.Would visit again.
Was looking forward to my first experience in an airport lounge and this was sorely lacking - The hot food was cold and there wasnt a great selection - Tea & coffee were lukewarm at best - I didnt try the alcohol- The place was noisy & is definitely not peaceful - Waste of money - The staff was nice & helpful but that was the only positive !

Our 2nd visit to the this lounge while on route home from Thailand due to a 5 hour layover And we will be back again next year! Not very busy but it was 3am. Comfy seats a good choice of inclusive drinks and a good range of choice for food and soft drinks.. nice clean toilets and I believe you can also shower free of charge… see you next February
