The experience was more than expectation. The booking process was smooth and getting on board for the show was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I expected a guide to accompany us. The ticket with the QR code was not accepted. In addition, a paper voucher had to be obtained at the Dubsi Mall. It was not known to us and so we did not make it to the Lake Ride.

Not worth it. Save yourself the money and buy your tickets directly when you get to the fountains. Seems like the only thing they charge for is to pick you up from your location. And just for that the guy wanted me to send him a copy of my ID the day before ??? Never had any other excursion ask me to send them a copy of my ID. Usually they tell you to bring the ID with you. Good thing I didn’t send it because when I got to the lake ride, nobody asked to see my ID. There was no coordination between the driver and the organizers. The driver parked miles away from the actual attraction so you have to walk quite a bit to get to the actual location. I have seen other drivers drop you right at the elevators for Burj Khalifa where the lake ride is. But this driver did not know anything. After parking the car, the driver tells me ‘HE’ is coming.. I thought the organizer would meet us to take us to the actual boat ride… but that didn’t happen. Considering I’m a tourist and did not know how to get to the lake ride, nobody came to help us. Then the driver himself walked me to the actual location of the lake ride. Where many people were buying their tickets on the spot, so this is not something exclusively organized by this tour..anyone can get their tickets directly and enjoy the lake ride. For me the best part was when the driver said ‘ The fountain show and the lake ride are separate’… when I asked for more explanation, he goes you watch the fountain show from the here (standing) and then do the lake ride.. which made my blood boil because I didn’t pay for the stupid lake ride by itself. I had paid to watch the fountain show from the Lake ride. Luckily the driver was wrong, you actually do get to watch the fountain show from the lake ride. Goes to show that he was not informed at all but sent out there to do the job without any instructions… At the end of the day, I realized that I could have gone there with a competent driver who would drop us at the right location, buy my tickets on the spot and DID NOT NEED to buy anything from the organizers of this tour. This is not something ‘ ORGANIZED’ by them when anyone and everyone can get their tickets on the spot. What added value did you provide for the money that you are charging ?

Just to clarify, the service you booked included both the ticket for the Fountain show lake ride and the transfer, which is why we ask for ID beforehand, as it's required for booking purposes. The reason we ask for the ID in advance is to streamline the process and ensure everything is ready for you. Regarding the pickup and drop-off, we do aim to make the transfer as convenient as possible. While we strive to get as close as possible to the attraction. It seems like you were expecting a more guided experience but we provided all the details about activity beforehand with transfer and tickets. The Fountain Show and Lake Ride was a fantastic night experience. It’s the best way to see the Fountain Show because you don’t have to worry about the crowd blocking your view. The Lake Ride staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a “must do” when in Dubai.
