I booked this Chinese baijiu experience on Viator while visiting Shanghai, and it was absolutely brilliant. As a European used to Western spirits, I knew little about baijiu before. The host explained its history and flavours clearly, and we got to try several authentic varieties in a relaxed small‑group setting. Well‑organised, friendly and very insightful. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the activity. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and I learned a lot while still having a great time.
