Great museum, but the lady who guided us was beyond any criticism. When a visitor touched a velvet curtain for the briefest moment, she was so harshly scolded and humiliated by the guide in front of the assembled group that it is hard to imagine. She insulted the visitor as a "kindergarten child" and completely lost her composure. She could not find an end, and her insults were completely disproportionate to the visitor's "offense." That was a very, very unpleasant experience for everyone. This employee urgently needs training, as such behavior is completely unacceptable!! It also negatively affected the experience of the museum.
Sehr geehrter Gast, uns fehlen etwas die Worte was diese Bewertung betrifft. Aber haben volles Verständnis das so eine , schon ausartende Reaktion auf das geschilderte Geschehen wahrscheinlich zu übertrieben war. Und Beschimpfungen dieser Art können auch wir nicht tolerieren. Jedoch haben wir die Bitte, das Sie sich bei uns melden, um den Vorgang auf zuarbeiten und wir raus bekommen wer der Guide war. Da uns nicht ersichtlich ist, wer Sie sind und an welchen Tag Sie an dieser Führung teilgenommen haben. Wir nehmen das sehr ernst, kümmern uns um das Anliegen und können uns nur nochmal auf diesem Weg entschuldigen, das es die Stimmung letztendlich kaputt gemacht hat und nun so eine schlechte Bewertung hier steht. Wir wünschen Ihnen trotzdem alles Gute.
This tour was in German which I was not aware of. Also, said it was okay for mobile paired. It was not- many stairs. Would not recommend unless you are German and mobile. We left tiur after getting our entrance tickets and did it on our own
The whole organization was great, called in the morning and got the tours for the new green vault and the Semper Opera for lunch. Tickets for the Semper Opera came immediately by e-mail with the description for the meeting place for the guided tour for the new green vault. At the meeting point, we received a brief briefing on the process, during which Mrs. Renger could already be noted her enthusiasm. Equipped with headphones, we started. Ms. Renger told so enthusiastically and explained everything so figuratively that the 90 minutes flew by. The subsequent tour of the opera, on the other hand, was very objective.
Ms. DagmarRenger was an exceptional guest guide. Competences, with charm and wit,with details about the sights,historically very well-versed, just great, thank you was a nice day
We booked the tour in the green vault. The tour was great and very entertaining. We were all super excited.
The tour by Dr. ... degenerated into an arrogant lecture in a fairy-tale style with lots of theatrical gesticulations. In the foyer 30 minutes, in the hall about 10 minutes. We were glad to be released from the weird "comedy" after 45 minutes. You can save yourself the 14 euros.
Very nice and interesting tour, especially in the new green vault. The tour in the Semper Opera was informative, but rather OK.
This was the second time we were able to experience the highlights of Dresden with Ms. Renger! Simply wonderful - knowledgeable and full of background information! Without you, dear Ms. Renger, our visit to beautiful Dresden would have been only half as impressive - thank you very much and all the best!
The combination guide was very good and is highly recommended, great explanations were given. Green vaults were explained things you wouldn't have seen without a tour
I had a wonderful afternoon. The information and organization was very good. When visiting the Opera / Green Vaults I was entertainingly informed with many interesting, historical and amusing details.Just the right amount of information, which gives fun and joy and desire for once again a historical guided tour.
