It was cancelled. This was a birthday present and we were looking forward to it but it was cancelled the night before. We will not be able to reschedule. Hopefully we can get our money back
We so appreciate that you are “very disappointed.” We were also disappointed as running tours is what we LOVE to do! And, while 1-star feedback is one of many available options for humans to express feelings these days, we wanted to clarify that there are a few missing details in your review. Missing details include, 1) All of our tours do have a minimum number of guests registered before a tour can start. This information is clearly spelled out in your reservation as is the fact that we will cancel tours that do not meet that minimum. 2) 52 hours before the start of your tour we emailed you, via Viator with whom you booked your tour, to let you know that there was a possibility of the tour being cancelled. We also said that we would make the final decision 24 hours before the tour start and would confirm with you at that time. 3) We cancelled the tour 22.5 hours before the tour start (yes, we were a little late on that) and contacted you again via Viator email to see if you’d like to rebook or if you would like a refund. 4) After not hearing back, we sent you a text message letting you know that, as per our earlier emails, the tour was cancelled. We also again apologized for any inconvenience you may have experienced. 5) On 12/23 at 4:56 p.m., we received a voicemail message from you inquiring about a full refund for your cancelled tour. 6) At 5:08 p.m., we returned your call and left a voicemail message to let you know that a full refund had been requested from Viator, again, with whom you booked the tour, on your behalf. 7) At 5:09 p.m. we forwarded to you an email confirmation that your reservation had been refunded in full. 8) The next day, 12/24, Christmas Eve, you posted your 1-star review. We do pride ourselves on our customer service on our tours and during the entire reservation process. Communication is always key and we use all contact opportunities we have for our guests, while also documenting all of those contact points and times, to keep ourselves on the up-and-up. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result the tour’s cancellation. We also hope you were able to enjoy the birthday celebration and that the spirit of the holiday season finds you healthy, happy, and at peace.
We had a wonderful time enjoying and learning about the history and tasting the flavors of Santa Fe. The tour guide and food were excellent. A must for anyone to experience.

Great summary of the history art, architecture and people who shaped Sacramento with stops at quite a few wonderful restaurants. The food was excellent and plentiful and Dawni our guide was a true fount of information. We all thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Weather. It was a perfect day for this tour yesterday. The weather was perfect. Our tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable. I live 45 min from sac but Im glad I booked because I learned a lot about the city and found a few restaurants that I would have never known were there..
