We LOVED learning about the history of coffee (and Portland's role in the evolution of it) from Evangel! We were super full and satisfied by the end of the tour, and we learned so much. Evangel was knowledgable, friendly, and open to questions.

Michelle was our guide and I had a great time!! My bestfriend and I, along with 3 others, did the downtown donut/coffee tour. We learned so much about the history of coffee/donuts in Portland, each of the locally owned shops, and history of Portland in general. I’d say the price was worth it! We went to 5 different places either coffee/donut/ or a place that had both. Just a heads up, it’s a lot of caffeine and sugar! Lol but you’ll leave the tour feeling satisfied and full.

Michelle is the perfect guide for a walking tour. She balances looking out for you--she called to help guide us to the meetup location when we were in the wrong place, with informational stories, a background as a native Oregonian and abundant enthusiasm. Plus, the donuts and coffee are delicious.

We had a great tour with Evangel, such a great way to see Portland and get local history, excellent donuts and pastries (from smaller, independent places). Really manageable walk with a good mix facts about Portland and facts about coffee and donuts. Highly recommend as a way to see the city if you want a tour woth a fun theme
