The trip on the speedboat was great and our driver Kush was also very nice. The whales and the dolphins were truly beautiful. Swimming with the dolphins was not very pleasant, because there were naturally several boats on site that kept letting their snorkelers jump into the sea with a loud "Go!!" It was borderline, but swimming with dolphins is permitted in Mauritius. The saddest part of the whole trip was actually that we had read on the Viator page for the company Relax Max LTD that it is forbidden to swim with the whales, which we already knew beforehand, but some snorkelers were let into the water with the sperm whales in violation of the rules. We were also aware here that we would not have the whales to ourselves, but that several boats would be out. The time above water serves as a recovery period for the whales because they then dive into the depths for a long time, but all the snorkelers were additional disturbing factors for the animals. Even a calf that was somewhat apart from the whale group was swarmed by masses of people!!! Of course, Relax Max LTD or Victory Cruise (driver and boat) were not alone in this. Diving with the whales in Mauritius should really be more strictly controlled and penalized, and every dive further supports such companies. There were definitely 15-16 boats on site and approx. 80% of them unfortunately let their divers into the water, even though it is forbidden!!! We also unfortunately contributed to this in some way.

The captain was very well informed and found the best spots! We were given drinks and some banana bread. The trip was everything we hoped for and more. The captain (Coco) even showed us some of his own footage which was brilliant. Would recommend.
Amazing bucket list trip! Krishna was knowledgable, respectful of the animals and worked hard to show us the animals.
Best experience ever! Coco is kind and funny. I’d def repeat it! We had the possibility to see different whales and swim with spinner dolphins🩵
First of all, everyone involved was nice, helpful, and friendly. It would have just been important to have a little information beforehand. Since we had booked with a transfer (60 minutes), we would have liked to use a restroom one more time, as the boats are small speedboats. You should also bring drinks with you! The thing with the dolphins is very borderline, as many boats drive around the groups. Our guide kept pointing out to the snorkelers to just look, but there were boats with snorkelers and long fins that chased the animals, impossible. Since there is no 100% chance for whales, that is okay.
The tour was great and the tourguide was super! He brought us to the right places so we were able to see 3 types of animals!😍 He gave us also a lot of information about the wales and dolfins we spotted. Even when the animals would go diving. We also were inpressed by the way he had respect, and talked with a lot of respect for the animals. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
It was a perfectly organized trip to the sperm whales. We were lucky and could observe 2 male sperm whales at the water surface after a short wait. It was an impressive experience. Our guide explained a lot to us about the sperm whale group living here. Unfortunately, there were a few small boats on site that let snorkelers jump into the water. However, our boat was mindful of keeping the distance to the whale as booked: Highly recommended💪👌👍🐳 On the return trip, we were lucky and were able to observe a group of dolphins for 20 min. 🐬
First of all, I would like to note that whoever books a whale or dolphin tour definitely wants to see them for their money. We saw whales on this tour and it was one of the best experiences of my life. And then it is only logical that the guide does everything possible so that you see them, and yes, that includes following them. On our tour, you could swim with the whales, accompanied by a guide. I didn't think I could do it myself, but it was doable. And I must say, we were definitely in the middle of the action for 3 hours, but I didn't have the feeling that it bothered the whales. Rather, they were curious and sometimes even played with the swimmers. The guides were super; they explained a lot when asked and put a lot of effort into making sure we definitely saw whales. By the way, it was a speedboat and it does NOT have a restroom. Accordingly, I didn't get thirsty. We were lucky and it was cloudy, but if the sun is shining, take sun-protective clothing with you. Think about swimwear and preferably water shoes. You have to walk through the water up to just above your knees to get onto the boat. If you have a GoPro, take it with you. We got beautiful underwater footage because of it. The only negative thing is that I don't find the price of approx. 120 euros per person justified. And yet I would like to thank you for everything. But at that price, it remains a one-time, but wonderful experience.
Unforgettable experience, it was a feast for the eyes. Our guide went out of his way so that we could see whales. We spent a long time near her while respecting them as much as possible, unlike other boats.
