Nice lounge at BKK international airport with good food and drinks. It's a bit hard to find; we booked the Cocoon Lounge and there are previous Coral Lounges, so the third one was the right one. Staff is somewhat distant. Worth considering during a transition. Note that these Lounges are in Intl Departures C area. If you have to go to the SAT terminal (e.g., Emirates, Qatar), it takes you 25 minutes.
Waste of money. Dirty shabby carpet. Food too spicey or cold, looked as if it had been left out for a long time. Bread dry. Local spirits tasted awful, not the real thing. Quiet room was booked. Hot chocolate was fine, table was cleared regularly, staff fine. Not worth the money at all. Find yourself a nice seat in the airport instead.
