First off, I want to be clear in that the driver did nothing wrong! But the description of this activity was not the same as our experience. We understood it to be a collaboration between our group and the driver, that he would suggest places to go and essentially provide a private tour. Instead, he was ... a driver. He asked where we wanted to go. He had no suggestions. His ability to speak English was limited, so he could not identify what we were looking at. We ended up throwing out things we'd read in a guidebook, walking around on our own for a an hour at a couple of places each, and cutting our time short by two hours. I'm giving it one star because I know these are the ones people read, and others need to know that they are NOT booking a tour.

Our tour guide was great and very accommodating. We told him what we needed and he did it. We went to see the golden Buddha and MBK mall.

The driver that matched with us is very nice and patient. He is very courteous and prompt. The key to a successful use of this is to understand what you really want to see/do and time spent. You do your research but make sure you account for traffic time. The fun part is that you design your own agenda and amount of time spent at each location within the specified total time of your plan, I would do this again on my next trip if offered.
