Denne pakke omfatter transport tur og tur med tog fra Paris til Disneyland® Paris + en billet til 1 eller 2 Disney® Parks for en dag. Velkommen til en fantastisk ny verden. Dette er den mest bekvemme og fleksible pakke til Disneyland® Paris. Disneyland® Paris ligger i det østlige Paris og er direkte tilgængelig fra Paris City Centre med tog (RER A) til "Marne La Vallée Chessy" station (ca. 45 minutter med tog). Du vil også være i stand til at nyde Disneyland belysning i slutningen af din dag (omkring 11:00 om sommeren og 9:00 om vinteren). For at afhente dine Disneyland billetter og togbilletter, skal du komme til vores kontor fra mandag til fredag, vi er åbne fra 08:00 til 16:00. Vi er åbne i weekenderne mellem 13:00 og 16:00. Fra mandag til søndag kan du afhente billetter dagen før eller samme dag som din booking.

It was inconvenient to have to pick up tickets for park and train/subway. Not sure why they couldn’t deliver electronically. Other than that hassle! It was a great experience. It was much easier than Disney Florida.
Dear customer, We understand it may be inconvenient to come pick up the tickets with the train option of our excursion but unfortunately public transport tickets here in Paris cannot be given electronically to someone else when we buy them. My daughter and niece had a great time. They will definitely come back. It rained for a few minutes but then the sun came out and it was wonderful

They also charge you for the air you breathe .... the show is nice but badly organized as the arrangement of guests as to watch it closely you need an additional ticket.... mha.... business

My 4 granddaughters loved the parks and spent the entire day at both parks , including the light show

I imagine that seeing their faces light up during the show must have been an unforgettable moment for all of you. Memories like these are precious!
Everything was just perfect!! The only thing that went wrong was that one of the train passes didnt work at the ticket machine but worked it out. Highly recommend this experience

I acknowledge the convenience of booking multiple activities within Viator, but in this instance, I cannot recommend this offering. As others have posted, the Disney bus is misleading. The “package” consists of subway tickets (retail €4 each way) and entrance to Disneyland (retail at time of booking was €128 each). We paid a total of €447 for 2, so there’s a significant mark up here. As instructed, we went to the Magicways office with costs €30 each way, only to find out that Disney tickets aren’t released until 24 hours prior to your entrance. There’s no mention of this anywhere in the detailed instructions. We had a very busy schedule so coming 48 hours prior, was our only window. We left that office with NO tickets and €60 out of pocket. To get our tickets, we had to WhatsApp the vendor a copy of our voucher and passport. I recommend you buy your Disney tickets directly from Disney Paris, then ask your hotel on how to use the subway/light rail. It’s pretty easy and I bet there’s a YouTube video out there. It’s simple but make sure to get an understanding of how the system works.

I think it would have been easier if park tickets are sent thru enail (as pdf file) and not have to go to their Magic Ways office. It was raining then and we had to walk 15mins from the Metro station. However, not even the slight drizzle dampen our excitement. It is still the happiest place on earth!

Other than Google Maps leading us to the side entrance of the building where the bus picked us up, the experience was fine. I would have appreciated being able to stay at the parks until closing rather than when we had to leave. There are other options if staying in Paris, such as the train. My wife really wants to stay at the resort hotel next time and I would consider that if we ever go again.
