Unbelievable experience. Absolutely recommend the cruise to anyone. One of the best experiences of our lives. The ship was magnificent and the crew’s attention to detail was spectacular. Anthony was an amazing attendant and the manager David made our proposal an absolute dream. 100/10
We were celebrating my mum's 70th birthday on the cruise. It was such a fantastic experience. I wasn't sure whether it would be a good value for the money but everything was just perfect. Every plate was prepared with care and we feel like we were fine - dinning every meal. Above all the best was the staff. We were assigned with a couple of friendly staff who went above and beyond. They made us so special. I would highly recommend the cruise especially if you are celebrating a special occasion.
Excellent experience. I previously did a 2 night 3 day cruise in Ha Long Bay and this was amazing and far exceeded expectations. The ship, staff, service, care and attention, not to mention the high quality food have made the experience truly Elite!
Had a great time. Excellent service, food, activities, and such nice scenery. I really enjoyed my time here.
An amazing cruise. The most wonderful part of the world. Great staff, great food and great facilities.
Elite of the seas at the Ha Long Bay, is the best gift you can give to yourself to relax, rewind and rejuvenate. The services at the cruise, and the activities planned are really well thought. It keeps you engaged throughout and experiences are immersive. The staff is very well behaved and are really hospitable. Each member adds attention to your requirements. Special Thanks to Quy (A.K.A Alex) for making our every meal enjoyable and memorable, his service was impeccable. He addressed us with our names which made it all the more special. To Kelly as well for sharing so much about the area and explaining us everything. This really made us understand more and made it worth remembering. Elite of the Seas is a true luxury on sea.
An incredible experience on the Elite of the Seas cruise. Thank you to Anthony and the entire crew for making our trip perfect.
Our stay on Elite of the Seas was absolutely phenomenal! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and executed to perfection. The service throughout the entire experience was exceptional. We were incredibly lucky to have Kevin as our butler. He was so warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, always anticipating what we might need before we even had to ask. His friendly smile and wonderful attitude made such a difference to our stay. A special shoutout to Tony, the customer service liaison, who was an absolute legend! He brought such a great energy to the cruise and was always around to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was incredibly approachable, helpful and made us feel so well looked after from start to finish. And of course, the views were spectacular at every turn. Cruising through Ha Long Bay and waking up surrounded by such incredible scenery was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend Elite of the Seas to anyone considering a cruise around Ha Long Bay. The ship, the service, the food and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
