Ivan was an excellent guide! Funny, personable, and entertaining - he was probably the best guide that my wife and I had on our cruise journey thus far. He balanced ancient and modern history with comedic levity, explaining the locations and sites very clearly.
Ivan was fantastic! He was informed and funny and helped us understand his beautiful city history. I’m not sure how one condenses 1700 years of history in an 1 1/2 hrs but he did it. I was with my two 20 something daughters and we all loved the fascinating history of the palace. I highly recommend this tour. We had a group of 7 people plus Ivan and it was an easy size to maneuver through the crowds. Definitely would recommend!!!
This was an amazing and informational experience. The guide was very friendly and funny throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend it for people wanting to learn more about the Diocletian Palace and more!

The ancient palace was stunning. I love how the old town contains such a beautiful variety of architecture from different historical periods. Antonia was the perfect tour guide. She knows her material, has a great personality, and persevered despite the intense heat. Hvala.

Ivan was great! This was a great value tour for the money and it was great hearing the history from a local tour guide. He explained the history really well and was very funny and personable. Couldn’t recommend enough! Wasn’t too strenuous even in the August heat. Do it early to beat the heat!
