We arrived early to the airport in order to relax in God lounge. The pass entitles the customer to 2 hours' access. We were told we couldn't book in until 2 hours prior to our flight. We were boarding 50 minutes before our flight and had a 15 minute walk or so to our gate, which meant we would have less than an hour in the lounge. We were told that yhux is the policy, and that's that. This has the scent if a scam.....
This is the worse airport lounge! I’ve been in many lounges in different airports but this is so bad that I want to give -5! We were on the waiting list, so standing outside the entrance and waited for 42 minutes and had to leave because our boarding time was nearing and we were still #4 on the waiting list! Other airline passenger were taken in quickly because it goes by airlines. Horrible experience of waiting so long and we’re not even allowed to go in! The system is messed up!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this lounge. First, their entry policy makes no sense. There is a huge sign stating you can stay for 2 hours, yet they only allow you to check in exactly 2 hours before your departure. Since boarding usually starts 1 hour before the flight, and they put you on a "waitlist" even if you arrive at the 2-hour mark, you end up with less than 45 minutes inside. It is a complete paradox and a waste of time. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude, making everyone feel unwelcome and judged. Furthermore, the "premium" benefits are non-existent. My card promised an a la carte menu, but there were no servers to take orders. Instead, there was just a tiny buffet with only four basic options (green rice, chickpeas, chicken, and tofu) plus salad and sweets. The facilities were even worse: Hygiene: The bathrooms were filthy, with only two available for the entire lounge. Restricted Access: the prayer room was with sign saying “staff only” and the family/changing room were locked all the time. Comfort: The space is cramped and the seats are very uncomfortable. It looks nice from the outside, but the experience is horrible. Don't waste your time or your stress levels here.
Won’t let you in until 2 hrs before flight leaves. Even though it board 30min prior and takes 20 minutes to get from lounge to departure gate.
Very small lounge with the basics. Note there is no bathroom. The staff was very nice. Definitely no thrills but does the bill for a little something to eat and is quieter than waiting at the terminal
Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us
When we arrived, there were about 10 empty seats but also about 6 people waiting in the corridor to get in. Thirty minutes later, there were still 10 empty seats. I asked the attendant (who who never looked up at any of us) why? He said they were waiting for a party of 10 to show up. I replied "this is an airport lounge, not a restaurant.that holds reservations" He replied with profanity "I don't give a f*ck". About 40 min after arriving, we received a text message that we would be allowed entry but we had already left. This experience matches the last time I went to the lounge about 3 years ago, same rude, indifferent staff. These guys need to clean up their act - and being sworn at like this is unforgiveable. I have been to Plaza Premium lounges in many countries - this is by far the worst one in this group and also the worst lounge in DFW. When you get in, the limited hot food is mediocre and they try to charge you for sandwiches or other items in the self-selection area.
Dear Kiwibird991, Thank you for sharing your experience of your visit. As a premium airport service provider, we make every effort to provide a good lounge experience and strive to improve the travel experience. Please rest assured that corrective measures will be taken to address the situation. Once again, we hope that this isolated incident will not deter you from visiting a Plaza Premium Lounge. We look forward to being of service to you in the future. Best regards, Ana C.
This is not a lounge and they shouldn’t call it such. It’s a cafe. No bathroom, no lounge…it’s a small bar with four stools, and too many small tables either chairs…it gets crowded easily! Food was limited and served at a small buffet by staff that looks as if they would rather be anywhere else. Bar serves set well drinks…premium will cost you. Overall…if you want a quick bite…this is ok. True lounge it is not.

This place is worse than worthless. What I mean by that is: you are better off sitting on the airport chairs, even if this lounge were free. It’s so tight that the woman next to me accidentally spilled her drink trying to give me a little space. I’m a celiac and they assured me there were gf food options. There was even a legend pointing out how those would be clearly marked. I’ll never know - there weren’t any options. Again: this is a tiny place. There’s no reason they couldn’t check. It’s so crowded that the staff hardly had time to wipe down tables after guests left. This made the place just look and feel dirty. Do yourself a favor and just don’t go in here.
Joshua Hassan provided me with first class service on a winter storm day. It was 11F with a wind chill at -5 and he came to work with a smile on his face and empathy for passengers with flight delays. We need more Joshua’s in our lives. See him in Terminal E if you can. Cheers.
This place is really small and the chairs outside in the airport waiting area are much better to relax. They had almost no food/cookies on a Friday evening when they should expect higher traffic. They simply said chef is not around to make wraps etc. They dont even have a proper coffee machine at aleast. They had a pot filled up with water and coffee. Come on guys, are you in 80s? This is supposed to be a premier lounge. I walked out without a choice and still had to pay for myself and my friends at the entrance. They were not ready to cancel my reservation
