We did a 4 day trip with Italy on a budget and we had an amazing time. We learned a lot about the best local shops and eateries, but also about the culture in Florence and the other parts of Italy we explored. I would recommend this 4 day Florence, Tuscany, Pisa and cinque terra visit to anyone interested in exploring more of what Italy has to offer.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Poorly organized and they did not deliver what they advertised for this tour.

We provided you with a detailed itinerary well in advance, outlining every aspect of your tour. However, it seems that you may not have noticed it, despite our efforts to communicate your schedule to you. You checked into the accommodation we arranged and even participated in the first tour as scheduled, which led us to believe everything was going smoothly. However, you didn't join the subsequent tours, and despite our attempts to reach out to you through various channels, we were unable to establish communication. We booked and reserved everything for you, organizing every aspect of your trip. We did our best to deliver what you booked, and we don't understand why you left a review like this when you didn't join our other tours and experience the whole package. We understand that situations can arise, but your absence and this review, especially after your initial participation, left us disappointed and surprised. This was my first time traveling "alone" and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Everything was organized well like the beautiful hostels where we stayed, the amazing tourguides and there was enough time to visit museums or do things on your own. This travel was something I'll never forget and would definitely recommend this to everyone who's thinking about making some awesome travels and memories!
I absolutely loved this part of my trip! The tour I had around Florence was really informative but nice and relaxed like wandering around with a friend. Cinque Tierre was beautiful and a great opportunity to be taken to the best spots. My highlights was the wine tour, honestly so much fun and we went to the most adorable town after and had award winning gelato! Perfect birthday treat! I would book with them again and recommended them to friends who have booked other parts of their Italian trip before! (I was there in July 2019 but couldn’t select that).

Such a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I booked the Tuscany tour with the visit of Florence then Pisa & Cinque Terre then Tuscany & wine tasting day. I was fortunate to have Eduardo as a tour guide and he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We had such good time together. He’s also a great photographer and I’ll keep forever some of his great pictures/portrait he took. THANK YOU for running the tour only for me it was priceless! 💝

I can't recommend Italy on a Budget tours enough. I booked a solo trip with very short notice and they organised everything for me. I did two city breaks back to back - one in Rome and then Florence. The hostels they booked were great as well as the tours of the Vatican and Colosseum. I probably wouldn't have booked myself guided tours through either and I would have missed out on so much. The day tours from Florence were amazing. Manolo, the guide, was really fantastic and added so much great insight into the various areas we were in. I would highly recommend going through them if you are a slightly nervous solo traveller. It gives you some structure on a few of the days but also gives you free days that you can plan for yourself. Plus you skip the stress of booking hostels and some of the transport.
The first night's tour of Florence's city highlights enabled me to get to grips with some of the main attractions of the city, as well as learn about some hidden gems that I would otherwise have not encountered. Our night tour guide Valentina was knowledgeable and was full of recommendations of places to see and where to eat. The wine tour to Chiati was very enjoyable, and I felt relaxed knowing that everything was taken care of. We were unfortunate weather-wise with our day trip to Pisa and Cinque Terre, however still managed to see the highlights of these beautiful regions. It was a very long day, with a lot of train travel involved, however there was always plenty of time to stop and try local delicacies and explore the various boutiques in each town. Our tour guide Manolo was absolutely fantastic - generous, very accomodating and friendly, with an excellent sense of humour! Absolutely loved having him show us around Tuscany. I could not recommend this tour highly enough!
I was the only person that did the full 4-day package, but there were others on each tour that did them individually. The initial walking tour on night 1 is a great introduction to Florence. The day trip to Pisa and Cinque Terre checks some boxes for me in Italy, although they are not my favorite locals I would have regretted not going. There is a lot of train time on that day that is tough for a solo person in the group. The wine tour was awesome with a neat town waiting at the end. If I wasn't doing the full 4-day package, I would have signed up for this tour on its own. 3 awesome stops with efficient transportation. Many others were traveling as couples, but the culture was younger and more social than other tours so it did not hinder getting to know people. The guides were amazing! I will write recommendations for Eduardo & Manolo separately, but I wanted to mention them here. They were generous and helpful, entertaining and easy to get along with. These great people took a very good experience and made it great.
