Er du klar til at afsløre hemmelighederne i hovedstaden i Castilla - La Mancha? Lad os gå! Når vi går rundt i Toledo-katedralen, lærer vi om de legender og historier, der er forbundet med byens tre kulturer: Kristne, arabere og jøder boede sammen i en by med mange hemmeligheder at opdage. Vi vil også lære om historien om visigoterne og muslimerne, der engang besatte grundlaget for den nuværende katedral, der går tilbage til det 13. århundrede. Vi vil fortsætte i det jødiske kvarter, et af de mest kunstneriske områder og monumentale arv af det historiske centrum. Vi afslutter med at vende tilbage til det oprindelige mødested, men ikke før vi passerer ved Casa Don Rodrigo de la Fuente, et paladshus fra det 15. århundrede, der var et vidne og vigtig hovedperson i Toledo's historie og betragtes som et sted af kulturel interesse. We toured with Juan and he was an excellent guide! We appreciated the insight of a local to share history and his personal recommendations on what to do in Toledo. He is lighthearted and welcoming, and answered all of our group's questions. We walked through the different parts of town and it was perfect for sightseeing during a day trip to Toledo! Group size was about 12 people.

Overall, it was interesting, although I would have liked to be closer to very emblematic buildings in the city, such as the synagogues and the house of El Greco.

Juan was entertaining. However, his English was not as clear as I would have expected for an English language tour. It did not help that the quality of the audio equipment sound was poor

Toledo is rich with history and it’s also extremely noisy with buses, cars and people all jockeying for the same space - so we were very happy to be given small speakers that looped over one ear so that we could hear our guide as she regaled us with her stories of creation, life, destruction and rebirth. A great plan to experience all that Toledo has to offer is to start with this tour, and then plan the rest of your time based on what you learn in 90 minutes.
A very satisfying and recommended experience. We were a group of friends; the girl who accompanied us (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she was from Granada) seemed very nice and explained everything very well, and she was attentive at all times to ensure we did not suffer any falls or accidents. I would do it again.
I found it to be an enjoyable, fun visit, with concrete information... The guide, Carlos Medina, is amazing
