A little bit of a glitch in the beginning with the parachute but they fixed the problem. Very peaceful and serene when you are finally at the highest point in the air. Truly an amazing experience. 9/18/26

Take a towel and water. You can choose to have them dip you into the water or not. It was a blast! Great playlist and staff-don’t forget to tip them. Really so much fun-we would do it again!

I was very disappointed I had no signal and did not know I had to arrive 45 earlier. We arrived at 11:15 my appointment was at 11:30 But due to the lady attending other clients did not notice us. We lost our reservation and she refused to give us a refund or reschedule
For parasailing, we ask everyone to arrive 45 minutes before departure so there’s enough time for check-in, paperwork, safety instructions, and boarding. Arriving after the required check-in time can mean missing the scheduled trip. We send the arrival and check-in information when the trip is scheduled and again the day before, and Viator also provides those details at the time of booking. We make multiple attempts through different channels to make sure guests have the information they need before their trip.
When I booked this adventure I wanted to make sure that u could do my sailing alone I was told I could by Viator rep but that wasn’t the case unfortunately . I still tipped the gentleman simply because they work hard and got us back safely.
We know solo parasailing can be something guests look forward to, but it isn’t something we’re able to guarantee in advance. The captain has to make that call based on the conditions and weight requirements that day. We appreciate the kind words about our crew and their hard work!
The crew was amazing and kind. You could tell they were very experienced and enjoyed taking everyone out and just talking to us. I will definitely be doing this one again!

This experience was AWESOME! It didn’t cure me of my fear of heights but I had a great time and would definitely do it again! Wonderful crew (Caleb and Joel) highly recommend. So much fun!

We had an absolute blast! The Captain was incredibly responsible when it came to safety. At 6'1" and 250 lbs, he expertly determined based on the wind conditions that I should parasail solo to ensure a safe and smooth ride. The first mate was also fantastic—very attentive to setting up and rigging each group of three safely. On top of that, they managed the boat's energy perfectly and took great photos of everyone's adventure. They even went above and beyond by sharing their local knowledge about dining and things to do in the area. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
