Kom med mig på denne meget usædvanlige tur for at opdage en mands kunstneriske besættelse og et livslang arbejde dedikeret til den sublime undersøgelse af den menneskelige krop i al sin herlige enkelhed. Denne oplevelse er en fornøjelse for både seriøse kunstelskere og dem, der er nysgerrige efter at opdage noget nyt og unikt! De bronze og granit skulpturer i parken skildrer mennesker i en række situationer fra hverdag til mere symbolske (såsom den berømte "Mand angrebet af babyer") til meget abstrakt såsom centrumstykket i komplekset. Mens vi går gennem parken, vil jeg præsentere dig for de vigtigste stykker og fortælle dig baggrundshistorien om hver. Men da fokus kun på disse højdepunkter ikke helt afslører den sande natur af samlingen, vil jeg også vejlede dig og tiltrække din opmærksomhed til de tilsyneladende mere afslappede stykker, der oprigtigt fanger essensen af samlingen.

Gustav Vigeland was a great artist. His legacy is still as meaningful today as it was when these sculptures were built. We were there in winter and could not see the beautiful lifetime fountain in action. We will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Park to visit absolutely.It was our first visit to the city.Accompanied by an Italian guide, art expert, we admired both the granite and bronze sculptures, all inserted in a remarkable naturalistic complex

A magnificent park of sculptures impressive in number and size. Human nature is represented in all its forms with breathtaking precision!!! My favorite in Oslo and icing on the cake admission is free!!!
We unexpectedly had an extra day in Oslo. We decided to visit this beautiful park. Not only with walking paths, but the amazing talent of the artist that depicts the beauty of human form through these sculptures. If you have time, it is worth it.
Very much recommend this tour - been to oslo many times and whilst have been to park before never really appreciated a lot of the history and Ihor had so much knowledge and patience to explain, very much enjoyed and was a highlight of our trip.

Hour provided a comprehensive and engaging tour. Our experience of the Vigeland sculptures and the site as a whole was much more rich because of his knowledge and manner. Highly recommend!

Very interesting park, the Guide explained the meaning and genesis of the Park and its statues. From the top of the Park under the column you can have a panoramic view of the city.
Our "tour guide" was not. We could not hear him at all, even after asking him to speak up several times. He had no knowledge or information of what we saw. At the sculpture park, he literally said nothing. I was in no way "a study of the human form". I have asked for a refund and was refused. Would not use this company, ever.

Beautiful environment to walk and enjoy nature and art. Life-size statues in shapes you can't even imagine. The monolith impresses, especially from below.
Lovely park - not sure about sculptures. I’m not very arty but there was lots of nakedness and I didn’t get it. Nevertheless was interesting and a nice break from city sightseeing. Nice park / river to wander through
