We had a great experience of Diwan Tours! They were always quick to answer questions, gave great recommendations on trips and were flexible with bookings. We unfortunately got sick during our trip, but got great support and help from Diwan Tours. Easy contact via WhatsApp for communication. Our guide Hima was incredibly helpful, fun, knowledgeable and pleasant to travel with and we can highly recommend Diwan Tours for a fantastic experience of an incredibly nice country!

Brilliant service from start to finish, we hit the jackpot getting Sajee as our driver who was so attentive and professional. Without him our experience of Sri Lanka would have been very different and I fear that we wouldn’t have had half the experience. Hugely recommend!

Our Swedish friends had previously hired Diwan Tours and Dulaj as drivers so it felt easy to contact them. Had a very nice, simple, and smooth communication before quoting when we were booking a flight plan and got confidence right away! Diwan Tours asked us about interests and age. No hidden costs or other uncomfortable surprises! Diwan Tours followed up and wrote “how’s it going?” On the way. Our driver, Dulaj is a skilled, safe, secure and punctual driver! As a person, he may be a bit timid who does not want to take up too much space but is a warm, kind, caring and respectful person! Diwan Tours picked us up at the airport and drove us down 2 hours to Hikkaduwa and then we met again 10 days later, felt very safe! Can warmly recommend!

We just returned from our trip to Srilanka and we had hired Diwan Tours as our driver. We were assigned Dulaj a very supportive, kind and professional driver who made sure our plans and itinerary are up to expectations. The organization of Diwan Tours was flawless and very reliable. We had a complicated situation where my son arrived a few days later than us, directly to the rainforest late at night. The team handled this perfectly, arranging his separate transfer safely and smoothly. It gave us great peace of mind. The car was always spotless, freshly cleaned, and ready for the new day. ​We especially valued his driving skills. Unlike many other drivers here who rush, Hima does not speed. We just wrapped up a memorable journey from India to southern Sri Lanka with Diwan Tours. Traveling smoothly from Colombo to Bentota, the charming streets of Galle, and on to Matara, we enjoyed the relaxing holiday we had dreamed of. We used Divan Tours for our transport across the island. We had a private car and driver for six days and we travelled from Negombo to Sigiryia, Kandy, Ella and Mirissa. We had good communication with both the company and our driver who was always on time.

Dulaj is a quiet driver, very friendly and patient. After he moved us the first time, we booked him again and again. Dulaj offers reasonable prices, is neat and on time. In short, a very nice driver. We would recommend him to anyone.
