An absolutely outstanding tour! Our guide Michele was exceptionally knowledgeable, made everyone feel at ease, and brought the history of Florence and de' Medici family to life with fascinating stories and insights. His enthusiasm, warmth, and genuine passion made the experience truly memorable, while his professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an engaging, informative, and unforgettable experience.
Our guide Michele Cimmino was excellent! He was clear, thorough, passionate about the history of Italy and Florence, very knowledgeable! He had an excellent memory for details. He was kind, friendly and patient. Atmosphere was fun.

Fabián is an excellent guide. He doesn't just throw facts at you, but tells you a story where he seeks to get you interested and enjoying the trip through the streets of Florence. I had a great time on the tour, I learned a lot about the history and art that are the soul of Florence. I highly recommend this tour if you have just arrived in Florence, as it is a great introduction to plan some visits in the city and appreciate it much better while you walk through it and observe that open-air museum.

We booked the walking tour around Florence and the tour of the Florence Duomo. What we hadn't realised is that these were two separate tours so this is a review of two halves. The walking tour - Sebastian was excellent. We were so lucky to find ourselves the only two people on the tour so we were able to move at pace and cover everything we wanted. He was personable, with excellent English and would thoroughly recommend. We then had a half hour break between the two tours and I have to be honest, we were not impressed with the lady who did the Duomo Tour. It was a very busy tour, she was difficult to hear through the headphones and the tour wasn't particularly interesting. In honesty she didn't seem that enthusiastic which was in stark contrast to Sebastian who was full of history and stories.
Excellent tour explanation, ten points
The guide, Giulia, was excellent. For his knowledge and sense of humor when giving explanations and for his subsequent advice on places to go, eat, and ice cream shops. He also offers you his contact information for any type of question during your stay.
Excellent information from Fabián, the history, his ability to tell stories, everything was perfect, he recommended a spectacular place for us to eat, without a doubt the best.
