Vores ATV-tour er en ideel aktivitet for enhver og enhver solrig eller regnvejrsdag. Vi har mange ATV-aktiviteter at vælge imellem som følger • 1 eller 2 timers ATV-ridning i Phuket. • 1 times ATV ridning og flyvende ræv og rebbro i Phuket. • ATV-ridning og teambuilding-aktiviteter i Phuket. • 3 timers ATV ridning i Phang Nga. • 3 timers ATV ridning og 5 km. rafting i hvidt vand i Phang Nga.

Afhentningssteder og tider
• Du kan også blive afhentet hvor som helst i Phuket. Der vil blive opkrævet et ekstra gebyr for overførsel i nogle Phuket-områder. - Turen har ingen vægtbegrænsninger. Rytterne skal være i god fysisk og mental tilstand for at køre sikkert. Derfor er ingen påvirkning af alkohol og stoffer, graviditet samt fysiske problemer ikke tilladt.
- For passagerer, lav en reservation ved at angive en børnebillet, kørsel er ikke tilladt og brug beskyttelsesudstyr såsom hjelm, handske osv.
- Under turen skal du nøje følge rejselederen/instruktøren. Rejsearrangøren har bemyndigelse til at stoppe enhver risikabel ridning eller ubehagelige manerer uden refusion.

Called to book a same day tour as there was no option to pay for same day online and the lady confirmed i can pay online and she would move the booking to the present day once paid. This Was confirmed both on the phone & in writing and payment was taken.1h before the tour i messaged to double check the meeting time and they said it was booked for another day (it was our last day in phuket as i had clearly mentioned) i called back to dispute the misunderstanding and the company were very defensive and said that the woman who made the booking was new (irrelevant if you ask me) they proceeded to tell me that day was not possible. I requested a refund and complained as i had spend the WHOLE last day of my trip Waiting around for a tour when they should have told me 6 hours before it was not possible and i could have found another operator. Ontop of this when i asked for a refund the lady hung up the phone to me. When i whatsapped her to ask for a refund receipt and office location she ignored me and then BLOCKED ME. I had to go through trip advisor to ask for refund. (Photo attached) Terribly disgusting customer service and poorly trained staff. Would not advise

We got threats on the phone from you many times so that’s why we have to block contact with you after we called by phone about the refund and canceled the booking. We received the booking that’s we don’t know it’s your and we already send all details to your messenger via the platform you purchased. Actually, you should re-check your booking first before calling to blame and complain to us. Because of the booking, we have cut off time 4 hours local time. We try and explain to you in many ways but you do not listen. We hope you understand what we tried to do. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your above feedback will help us to improve and we have therefore made sure to share your comments with our team. And please accept our apologies that you did not meet your expectations. My wife was apprehensive, although ridden an ATV before (as I have) and the lads were excited as you might imagine. Picked up on time from our hotel as booked and taken to the base camp where we were equipped with helmets before then being taken to our ATV. You might need some money for water or soft drinks and tip, but water was provided so too soft towel for wiping away the dust! The trek was not too challenging but provided sufficient adrenaline for all and the trip to Buddha and views were stunning. Ladies need to cover up still when visiting Buddha, just a reminder. The guides used our phones to take pictures and also film us on our return and so no extra money to ‘group family pictures!’ They were also in control of the front and rear of our ATV’s so complete trust and control.
