The driver was right outside when I exited the airport. They were very communicative from time of booking. My biggest issue was the condition of the interior of the vehicle. It was old and not the cleanest. Gave work van vibes.
This was a great transportation service. Vehicle is very comfortable, has wifi and he also offers drinks. Would definitely recommend to others and use again when needed🙌🏼🙌🏼
They were very nice! They waiting on us coming out of the airport and got us to our resort!! We are definitely booking again!
From the moment I met the reservation, the service was flawless. They reached out to me on WhatsApp to let me know that they had the time of my arrival and where they would be waiting. When my flight was delayed in departure because of complications in Miami, and they messaged me that they were aware of my delay, and that there was no problem at all, and even told me the name of the driver that wouldn’t be waiting for me. The van is nice and roomy and clean great for groups or individual. He was the drive was safe comfortable I couldn’t complain about anything. They even had water and a delightful Coke waiting for me getting off of a flight with a lot of turbulence. I will not hesitate to use them again.

My driver was nice and was explaining the culture as he drove me to my hotel. The shuttle had WiFi and bottled water. This was my first time booking my ride by myself outside the resort and honestly it was a good experience. I think I’m gonna book this way all the time

Highly recommend! Our driver, Rosario, was super nice and he even had a cooler of beverages ready for us, phone chargers and WiFi. The bus is a little dated on the inside but it was clean and spacious.

Phillip was really nice and one of the friendliest drivers I ever met. My water was cold and my ride was scenic and quick (I had a long flight so this was underrated). I will be booking again on the way back.
