When we booked we provided all the necessary information including flights, hotel destination, etc. When we arrived and went to check in at the Nexus Transfers desk they had no record of our reservation. This resulted in almost two hours of the Nexus staff searching and trying to reach Viator until finally the Nexus Supervisor felt sorry for us and arranged a driver to take us to our hotel. We were so late arriving that everything was closed and it was very inconvenient. According to the driver this is a common experience when booking through Viator. Live and learn. Never again.
Upon checking in with Nexus, we were told there would be a 30 minute wait until the rest of our group had arrived. Shortly thereafter, they learned that the flight for the remaining passengers was delayed so they took us immediately to our resort. We appreciated their willingness to take us individually vs waiting for the others.
Easy, friendly, great value - although we choose the shared option, we just waited 20min, no one else came so it was just the two of us. It was perfect.
Very professional. Easy process. Since it is a shared ride service, we had to wait 25-30 minutes for other riders. Once we left, very easy ride, with complimentary water and beer. Great customer service.

My friend and I used a shared ride to get from Cancun airport to Puerto Morelos. The whole process was easy: reservation, confirmation, finding Nexus rep at the airport, and the transportation. We shared the van with another family, who was dropped off first, and then we were taken to our hotel. I would certainly use them again.

Transportation to/from the airport was okay. Drivers seemed friendly enough. Side note; Nexus Tours also employs another contract company called Del Valle that we didn't realize. My iPhone must've dropped in between the seats when I got out of the van. I wasn't paying attention because my urgency was to hit the bathroom! When I returned, the van was gone and that's when I realized my phone was left in the van. Just call the driver and he'll turnaround and give it back, right? NOPE! According to Nexus you have to fill out a report and they are prohibited from contacting the driver directly. Even with GPS plots from "Find my Phone", van #, license plate, driver's name their answer was always "No podemos localizarlo" (we can't locate it). I never met a more lazy, dismissive, and possibly dishonest group of people in my travels! The last GPS plot locates my phone at the Del Valle Compound and they still refuse to call or investigate my situation further. Just Uber/Taxi to the compound yourself, you say? NO driver will wait for you because they said it was too dangerous! I've been without my phone since 3/18/2025....out of the country!

In all fairness, I have Nexus a low star rating for my transfer from the CUN airport to the hotel because of a very long wait time. On the way back, my shuttle arrived at the hotel just about 10 minutes after the arranged time, which is really not a delay when one thinks about the heavy traffic. I'll give them another try in a month or two. The pricing is fair and reasonable.
My booking showed confirmed but when I arrived they said I never provided hotel information but indeed I did. Took a taxi for less. While there, same thing happened ro someone else. Don't recommend
