My husband and I signed up for the Gems of Vienna tour and we were at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start. The guide never showed up and trust me we looked everywhere. We called the company and spoke to someone on the phone who told us that they would give us a refund and asked us to email them our confirmation numbers/tickets, which I did. There has been no refund and I called twice now and left voicemails with no success.
My partner and I were 10 minutes early at the designated meeting place for a Gems of Vienna walking city tour and waited until perhaps 20 minutes past and the guide did not show.
Fantastic tour! Our guide was very entertaining and showed us a wonderful selection of historical attractions that we would otherwise have missed. She gave a great historical and cultural background of Vienna too. I would highly recommend this one.

We have incorrectly booked an English-language tour. Mrs Lisa Maria Koark has mastered this simply confidently. It was very interesting, a lot of fun and we learned a lot of new things. We can only recommend Mrs. Koark as a city guide !!
It was interesting and really amazing to rediscover Vienna with the Gems of Vienna Tour. I've got a lot of new insights and loved the refreshing way of Lisa to talk about the history and culture of Vienna. The most astonishing part, was the caveau beneath the concealed roman remains. I can really recommend this Tour to everyone.

I always take tours when I travel and I can confidently say that this one was one of the best I’ve had. I saw and learnt about things I would have never on my own. Lisa Marie was funny and knowledgeable and kept my interest for the whole time with some very interesting facts and anecdotes. Even thou my time in Vienna was very limited, I booked her other tours as well. I warmheartedly recommend her! Thanks a lot Lisa Marie!
