Denne spektakulære halvdagstur tager dig med på en kulturel rejse gennem 3 af Bangkoks mest betydningsfulde buddhistiske templer. Besøg Wat Saket, Wat Pho og Wat Arun.

Endelig vil vi ankomme til Wat Pho, en af de smukkeste templer i Bangkok, hvor du vil se Thailands største liggende Buddha.
Hvis du vil, efter besøget i Wat Pho kan du frit nå Wat Arun, som er en kort afstand, på den anden side af floden Choa Phraya.
Chao Phraya-floden ligger meget tæt på Wat Pho, så du kan frit beslutte at se det eller fortsætte dine besøg med båd.
Wat Traimit i Bangkok er kendt for at huse en 5,5 tons tung statue af en siddende Buddha. Guldskulpturen går tilbage til det 13. århundrede og måler næsten 5 meter i højden. Beliggende i Chinatown Bangkok, er dette udsmykkede tempel omkring 450 meter Højdepunkter ved Wat Traimit Buddha-billedet i massivt guld i Sukhothai-stil var oprindeligt dækket af gips, men dets originale facade blev afsløret, efter at flyttefolk ved et uheld tabte det. Stykker af gipsen er stadig udstillet ved templet. Wat Traimit har et museum på 3. sal, hvor du kommer til at lære om Den Gyldne Buddhas historie. En videopræsentation giver en kort baggrund om Buddha-billeder efterfulgt af hele historien om skulpturen i templet. Udstillingerne dækker også den historiske baggrund for, hvordan det blev til på Wat Traimit. 2. sal udstiller 3D-præsentationer, der beskriver historien om de kinesiske handlende i Bangkok

Even after repeated inquiries, we haven't received the pick-up time and the pick-up location. we were therefore unable to take part in the tour. nevertheless the refund was refused.
do this one day before doing Royal Palace - least that was what I did and it helped having this one first - the temples move fast and that is great - there is only so much time to spend there - guide gives you the information you need
This is one of the most magnificent and majestic images of the Buddha in south east asia. The temple's architecture is simply astonishing and presents a stellar enshrined place for the Buddha. I highly recommend enthusiastic tourists to visit this awesome temple.
We enjoyed the tour and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Thai culture. We will recommend this tours to our friends.
Unfortunately, multiple pick-up time requests were only answered the night before. All previous messages by mail, via Tripadvisor or Whatsapp were ignored. The pick-up time on the day itself was then postponed 3 more times - so you could have slept in... The tour itself was fine.
<p>The guy that was very experienced and knowledgeable. He knew the best spots from which to take photographs. He knew the best routes to take to maximise and appreciation of the unique culture that existed in ancient Khymer culture . I fully recommend it to anyone who is interested in soaking up Culture of those times.</p>
<p>I will start with the meeting point in Bangkok, Hotel Aetas Lumpini, 1030 Thanon Rama IV... There was nothing around it but a lot of locals and traffic....Wish there had been a different place, maybe closer to china town so you could walk around when there is some spare time to kill. Tourstops way too short but worth to see all 3 temples, just amazing! I was not interested in that market/ jewelery store.....again like a sales session. Would have gone rather to china touwn or other markets to pick up some souvenirs. Tourguide was excellent and I thank her for being so wonderful and explaining everything on this tour! Thanks for taking such good care of us!!!</p>
<p>The temples were very interesting to see. I was the only one on the tour which was a bonus I guess, but it finished a bit earlier than i expected</p>
