For what you pay, in my opinion, a bit more attention would be appropriate. At 10:15 PM, two large men walk around the facility and ask us to head to the exit since it would be closing time. We ended up in the bathrooms with an endless 15-minute wait to take showers. Oh no, dear ones, not like this; it's worse than going to the public pool. Organize yourselves better; I spend 70 euros for a few hours, and then you make me leave 15 minutes early and wait in line? Out of the showers, 3 were not working. If the scrub runs out during the process, they do not refill it; they leave it empty. By 8:30 AM, it was already over. For dinner, however, it was terrible; when you enter, they ask you to sit at the back, but all the tables are dirty from previous guests. The waiters and bartenders are definitely quite rude. When you arrive, the fried snacks are already gone, and you find 3 empty containers, which they refill at 8:45 PM, but not all three, just one. As for the rest, what is available for the aperitif is highly questionable, as the fillings of the canapés and snacks seem designed to prevent second helpings. I would also say it is poorly frequented because it is full of people who laughed and talked loudly without caring at all about disturbing others' relaxation. I believe I am doing you a favor, all things considered.
As loyal customers of the QC Terme circuit, we regret to inform you that we will seek alternative solutions for the following reasons: - unfriendly and unkind staff; - The reception staff provided incorrect information about the activities available (I waited 10 minutes for a treatment and no one showed up, so I returned to the pool area without having the chance to do the requested activity); - The hygiene conditions of the women's restrooms and changing area were absolutely poor (my locker even lacked a bathrobe, so I had to return to the reception and request a new one); - The appetizer was poor, repetitive, unhealthy, with hard and inedible fried meatballs; the staff was inattentive to the guests' needs, with the room and tables dirty with food, and no one came to clean up. The areas related to the saunas and pools remain pleasant, but it is not enough to decide to return. Quality is much lower compared to a few years ago. What a pity.
It is truly one of my favorite spots, so much so that I also go there alone. I relax in the hot tub, enjoy a bit of sauna, swim outside for a while, then read a bit in the relaxation room, and have lunch. Then I start the tour again from the beginning and continue on. I always feel a bit sad when I have to leave and I can't wait to return. My heart's place.
I was at Qc Terme a few nights ago. At the entrance friendly and helpful operators. Apart from the confusion that I do not understand given the management with reservation (perhaps it would be appropriate to review the capacity!), dirty changing rooms with lots of hair on the ground just outside the showers. To get water you have to go up from minus one to the refreshment or floor 3. Aperitif with pretzels, pizzas and fried rotisserie, you have to use napkins, no dishes. Staff not attentive and unpleasant. Dispenser in the various paths and in the locker room empty. It's getting worse every year! Yet at first it was not so, definitely more cared for, clean and attentive and courteous staff.... shame that today the price is absolutely not worth the experience. I hope it can be a constructive review.
I always go to the QC Terme , I live near those of San Pellegrino , I went to those of Turin during a business trip with my husband. I found them very worn and poorly cared for. There were not many people but despite this there was a lot of confusion with people screaming at every shower more or less cold! I can't believe there weren't staff to handle these situations. We went out earlier than we should not taking advantage of the aperitif offered because it was not relaxing at all. Only positive note the lunch and courtesy of the staff!
The Qcterme Torino facility is always a very pleasant immersive experience. The relaxation areas are well located. Sometimes the staff who work inside are not very kind and welcoming towards the requests of guests. They are unsmiling and when you hold a scheduled event with any of them they do not show particular enthusiasm. If you happen to meet some operator in the structure and ask for a kindness, he responds but with little courtesy. Considering that the price is high, it would also be nice to take care of the relationship with customers. The same applies to the staff at the bar or refreshment point. That's too bad. Even the cleaning ladies, are sometimes grumpy and repeat things in the locker room in a decisive tone ‘Don’t leave your bathrobes here! They put themselves in the basket. I recommend you to ‘wear’ a smile!!
And the third time we go and the facility is so crowded that you can't relax. And it was a Wednesday!! Full of people, you have to wait to get into the tubs, when you're inside people stare at you waiting for you to come out like at the mall parking lot. They took my bathrobe away... The buffet is also crowded as at the hotel canteen in mid-August. I mean, this is not good. It used to be a place where you went to regenerate now you come out more stressed than before. Something needs to be reviewed or the structure will quickly lose its charm. I would never go back.
What about. I would begin by saying to warn that these spas are absolutely not suitable for people with disabilities Period .. I have read so many negative experiences regarding the complaints of a disabled person. But now I've experienced it personally. Exactly as others say this property has absolutely nothing for a disabled person to go to the spa. Just the bathrooms with some special coffin. By law it should say NOT SUITABLE for disabled people. The pools have the classic pool staircase, how can you imagine a person who does not move the right side to lower himself into those outdoor pools ???? If we pride ourselves on living in a developed country, they should make facilities that really fit everyone, not just words. There is not even a changing room for disabled people, but are you kidding??? The elevator is inside the central room, which is not accessible from the outside to enter the structure, but a person must make 7 steps to reach the elevator. POORLY THOUGHT SINCERELY.
Already at the entrance a confusion of people who seemed to be in line to enter a canteen. We arrive at 5.48pm. Reservation for 6 p.m. The young lady warns us that there are exactly 12 minutes left to enter. All right. We sit down and wait for the 12 minutes. Changing rooms with tiny lockers, tiny benches for too many people and TOO MUCH. PEOPLE. SCREAMING. Aperitif included, ridiculous. Made from 4 pieces of supermarket bag grain, low-quality salami, then deep-frozen oil-soaked fried bread and great bread. Luckily the experience was given to us. Money thrown away. Qc spa never again!!!
My mom and I made the entrance from 5h at the price of 66 euros each. Way too many. Luckily being Monday and having chosen the entrance at 9:30 we did not find many people. The changing rooms are badly organized because there is a small bench every 20/25 lockers. The pools have nice hot water very pleasant but there are not so many and they all look alike mostly and the same saunas and relaxation rooms, nothing innovative or a little different. Throughout the route there is no area where you can eat a snack or drink herbal tea. So I can't judge the food because having lunch at the cost of 34 euros each was excessive for us so we avoided it. We still relaxed, that's why the 3 out of 5 dots, but at this price I would not return.
