Captain Andy was the best! The depth of his knowledge of the history of this unique island was impressive! The cuisine, religion and language of the Gullah as evolved over time was fascinating. He welcomed and took time to answer all questions thoroughly. His passion for this island was obvious. A must-do!
We had such a wonderful time on our Daufuskie Island tour! It was definitely one of the highlights of our Hilton Head trip. The island is beautiful, peaceful, and full of fascinating history. We really enjoyed learning about the island’s unique culture and hearing the stories behind the historic sites. Exploring the island by golf cart made the experience even more fun and was a great way to see so much without having to do a lot of walking. The scenery was gorgeous, and it really felt like we were getting to experience a completely different side of the Lowcountry. Captain Andy was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the history of the island interesting and entertaining. The boat ride over was also a great part of the experience. We’re so glad we included this tour in our trip and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head. A memorable experience from beginning to end!

Boo was an amazing tour guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience exciting and engaging. We learned so much fascinating history about the area that we never knew. We highly recommend taking a tour with Boo!
Capt. Andy was great! Highlight for me was meeting SallieAnn Robinson at the local coffeehouse. Google her. She should be on the tour company’s payroll. She is an absolute gem! This tour is a must if you enjoy history!

Terrible unorganized agency. The island everything pretty just be aware of this company look for a different one I promise you will thank me.
Gives you a good background of the area. The only thing that I wish was that we could’ve heard the tour guide a little bit better on the boat ride.
