Om morgenen henter vi dig fra udgangsdøren til dit krydstogtskib i Safaga havn og overfører dig med en moderne A.C.-bil til Luxor, hvor du møder din rejseguide, du kan besøge: Kongenes dal: Det sidste hvilested for Egypts herskere fra det 18. til det 20. dynasti, det er hjemsted for grave, herunder den store farao Ramses II og dreng Farao Tutankhamen. I mean wow! Absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. There was so much to see I could have spent so much longer there. We had our tour with Mahmoud Gamal and he was amazing, explained the history with the greatest detail and I could not have asked for a better guide.

On our second day we went to Alexandria with our knowledge guide Abanoub we went to the catacombs and the citadel we also had lunch in Alexandria with a sea view restaurant. This tour exceeded our expectations
Wow wow wow The grand Egyptian museum is a must visit. What a beautiful structure, so well laid out and impressive on every level. Our guide Abanoub recommended we visit this grandiose sight and we are happy we followed his advice. It is truly a must see Choosing the right guide for our 5 day Cairo visit has proven to be the key to fully appreciate the sights and the history behind each.

Private day tour with Samar Nagi in Luxor. Also did Aswan with Ahmed Hassan. To their credit the guides with Egypt Portal Tours we have been with on this trip have been very knowledgeable. On the ground transport also smooth and we haven’t had to worry about any logistics while here so far. Another day with them before heading back home, hope they continue the service. Would have reserved reviews until we are home but these TripAdvisor reviews seem so important to them so have posted as promised.
