Terrible Decision to go with this company Bad treatment and on top of it all they try to sell at unreasonable price $25 For a small packet Life a jacket is mandatory at $7.00 per person and that’s on top of $240 for the daily trip and a $90 entrance fee per couple/ 2 pax Definitely not recommend, it’s all about the money ‼️

Great value for money. Well organized tour. Definitely recommended when in Cancun. Please make sure to carry snacks and drinks which will be needed for the long bus rides to and from Chichen Itza.
Highly recommended. The food was delicious, the guide very good. We were picked up at the agreed time at the hotel. The bus very comfortable. Very good atmosphere

SCAM! FRAUD! WTF! We've been waiting for over 60 minutes now and so far they are a no show! The phone # given for Viva Cancún Tours & Travel and Viatour is out of service... We're on vacation and this is a tour that we were so excited about. Now we have to deal with this mess while on vacation. DO NOT BUY! We requested a full refund hoping that Trip Advisor will honour and hopefully make up for our loss of time and planning. This seems Fraudulent!

The activities are very good, it was amazing to know Chichen Itza and the cenote. The Mayan people didn't love it but at least it helps that right there is the food and a stop at the bathroom. But unfortunately this stop takes longer than it should making the rest of the day feel like a rush. I still don't understand why they charge you more expensive tickets than they really are. As Mexican citizens the ticket should cost approximately 600 Mexican pesos, but we were charged 1050 tickets and did not allow me to validate my promotion as a person with disabilities. It was a good tour in general but things are missing to be a 5-star tour

Hotel Hard rock mto good... the rest zen mto good, the attendant Garcia mto helpful, caring, competent and friendly! Makes all the difference in this rest! Good mto tours... we know Maya ruins, chichen itza and cenote .. the agency passion mto tops... the beto and carlos and felipe attentive mtos! Our stay was 5

In September 2024 we did.two tours, uba spanish family with older children Chichen Itza's excursion perfect in almost everything, punctual,....very well Gabriel and Lalo the guide, a bilingual submachine gun......exists a sales section ,excessive in its duration perhaps , where no one buys because the prices are exorbitant, a tasting of dispensable cocoa, but either the group excursions imply this. The Mayan food, the visit to chichen and the cenote, frankly well ... that if in this visit you take the all-inclusive version if you do not cost you the drink more than the rest of the excursion . Our purchase contact was Blanca The following excursion to l Cielo e cozumel with snorkel the comment apart.
