Dagstur med speedbåd til Uros og Taquile fra Puno

Lad dig betage af Titicaca-søen, lær de flydende øer i Uros og øen Taquile at kende på bedste vis (med speedbåd) og med en lokal turoperatør med mere end 10 års erfaring. I Uros vil vi få en forklaring fra guiden og en beboer i Uros om aspekter af dens arkitektur, historie, kultur, økonomi og mere; Vi kan også ride i en typisk båd (valgfrit). samt at kunne udforske øen på egen hånd. I Taquile vil vi nyde den majestætiske udsigt over søen og et show med dans og levende musik af beboerne. Vi smager en lækker lokal frokost med udsigt over søen. Vi vil også have fritid, så du kan udforske øen Taquile. I løbet af turen vil vi opdage mere om historien, kulturen, økologien og traditionerne for befolkningen i Titicaca-søen.

Efter at have hentet vores besøgende fra deres hoteller, tager vi af sted i en behagelig og hurtig båd til de flydende øer i Uros, hvor vi besøger 2 øer af de mere end 90 øer, der udgør "Uros-øerne", vi vil have en dynamisk forklaring af en del af guiden og en lokal bosætter i Uros om, hvordan de bygger deres øer og alt om deres imponerende kultur. Der kan vi også tage en lokal bådtur (valgfrit). Vi vil have fritid, så du kan udforske øen Uros. Derefter fortsætter vi rejsen til den naturlige ø Taquile (1 ½ times navigation).
Efter ankomsten til Taquile tager vi en kort gåtur til den øvre del af øen (ca. 30 minutter), hvorfra vi vil være i stand til at værdsætte søens uendelighed og al dens pragt, vi vil lære mere om dens tekstiler , danse, indbyggere og skikke. For derefter at gå til restauranten med udsigt over søen, hvor vi skal smage en lokal frokost (Quinoasuppe som forret og Stegt ørred som baggrund med en side af ris, pommes frites og salat, foruden varme infusioner. Taquile blev erklæret af UNESCO som "Immateriel kulturarv for menneskeheden", spinding og vævning udføres hovedsageligt af mænd, der begynder at udføre denne kunst fra 8 års alderen. Gennem disse stoffer og tøj demonstrerer indbyggerne i Taquile deres civilstand, afhængigt af farver, størrelser og brugsmåde.

We spent a wonderful day on Lake Titicaca with Puno Tours. The organization was perfect from start to finish: a smooth boat ride, delicious food, and a very knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommended.
Everybody was on time starting a nice lady who met us at hotel. Diane was great. Then a trip to the Port and a start of an 8 hrs tour. The boat was comfortable, the guide knowledgeable, spoke good English. His Spanish was great, too. All visited places were beautiful. Of course, it was all for the tourists, but we liked it. The company is very reliable and communicates well.
The visit to Uros was very interesting to see the life of its inhabitants, and they 'invite' you for 15 soles to take a ride on the lake in a small boat and buy their handicrafts. From there, for me, the rest is unnecessary. They take you to the island of Taquile; it takes 1.5 hours to get there, you climb to the top, eat at a small restaurant (the food is good), and then you come back down, which takes another 1.5 hours. In total, you have wasted 5 hours for nothing of interest.
Taquile. These guys are so professional yet at the same time very personal. I did a full day private boat tour from Casa Andina, fantastic hotel, right on the edge of the lake where they pick you up. Visited lesser tourist, floating islands on the way to Taquile, where we did a great walk from the dock up to a local restaurant. Fantastic guide who explained so much about the lake and about how people live work and survive here. Could not have been a more perfect trip. You really feel immersed in the lake and the local culture. I can’t speak highly enough for them and they can customize whatever kind of tour you want as they did for me.! Everything was perfect; the guide in Spanish and English was very knowledgeable, and the places were very appropriate. The lunch was very delicious, and although drinks are not included, it is very economical and recommended.

The floating islands are something else. Yes it is a little voyeuristic but the inhabbitants need tourism to keep their way of life going. Not sure the visit to the 3rd island adds that much, it is very pretty, has great views etc but to be fair on many levels, altitude aside, you could be on any med island.
