Monument 30 års sejr i 2. verdenskrig, eller som det kaldes af befolkningen i Georgien - moderen er en evig hukommelse, der byder de besøgende rejsende velkommen, såvel som lokale beboere ved indgangen til den solrige by Marneuli. Monumentet præsenteres i form af en bronzekvinde, der bygger bag to børn med et sværd for to i hænderne. Merab Konstantinovich Berdzenishvili - en fremragende billedhugger fra sovjettiden, der skabte dette mesterværk og modtog den tilsvarende pris for det i 1976. Den grundlæggende idé er, at folk husker omkostningerne ved at vinde krigen.

Dilijans skove dækker et areal på mere end 34.000 hektar. For berigelsen af det naturlige liv omkring Dilijan blev statsskovreservatet grundlagt i 1958 for at blive kendt som Dilijan National Park senere i 2002. Woods dækker 94% af parkområdet og med omkring 40 typer træer og 18 typer buske, er hovedsagelig egetræer, bøgninger, hornbjælker, ahorn, almer, vilje osv.
At mindes en legendarisk sovjetfilm, Monument til filmens helte Mimino har statuer med nøglepersoner og giver et godt billede op. I bymidten afbilder mindesmærket tre tegn stående omkring et drikkevandsvand i samtale. En billedmulighed for filmkødere eller blot et sted at genopfylde din flaske - på nogen måde, bring dit kamera.
Foret med traditionelle huse og håndværkere, tager Sharambeyan Street dig hundredvis af år tilbage i tiden. Beliggende i en nationalpark, er området, populært kendt som "Little Switzerland" for sine skovklædte bakker og maleriske huse i sten og træ, hjemsted for mange armenske billedkunstnere, musikere og filmskabere. Gennemse de små butikker eller checke ind i et af gæstehuse. Gaden er også hjemsted for et kunstgalleri og et museum.
Sevan-søen - Armeniens juvel, kendt som Geghamahavet. Det er en af de største højbjergrige ferskvandssøer i verden. Her spiser du frokost i en af restauranterne med en smuk udsigt. Du kan prøve det armenske køkken og frisk fisk fra søen.
Sevanavank-klosteret er det mest markante vartegn for middelalderens armenske arkitektur. Dette er et klosterkompleks beliggende ikke langt fra byen Sevan.

Very good experience. Learnt a lot from our nice and knowledgeable guide Alexis. He’s a good driver and the car is also good. The whole travel was comfortable. We also had really great local food with his guidance. I still cannot forget taste of that dish of potato! I tried ChatGPT but cannot find name of that potato dish. Look forward to try it again!

Long day in the car to see two or three stops. Stops were nothing exciting and felt more like tourist traps with lots of souvenir vendors. Scenery on a lone the drive was nice and guide was very knowledgeable, but just not enough to see for 12 hours. We opted to skip lunch and it was still 11 hours of winding roads.

For guests seeking a more relaxed pace, we also offer a two-day version of this experience. The stops visited — such as Dilijan and Sevan — are among the most beloved in Armenia, and while they are popular with tourists, they are far from "traps"; they represent important cultural and natural heritage. We understand that skipping lunch and enduring a long day on winding roads may have been challenging, but these were personal choices within the structure of a well-reviewed tour. We always appreciate constructive feedback, but it's disheartening when a review with acknowledged positives still results in a low rating, as it affects not only us but also the local communities we support. It was a very good tour with lots of knowledge being shared and the guide Alex was very kind and communicative! Will highly recommend this tour to anyone eager to understand about Armenian history and the churches architecture.

Aleski was a brilliant tour guide, and took time to explain all the history and meanings behind our stops. He brought us to a traditional food court for lunch, where we got to have some traditional food. The car was comfortable & clean too!

We had a great time in Armenia on our day trip from Tbilisi to Lake Sevan, with our very knowledgeable guide Guram. He shared with us both Georgian and Armenian history and patiently answered all our many questions. We enjoyed our time in Dilijan and Lake Sevan very much. The border crossing went smoothly both times (took about 20-30 min in the morning, and only about 10 min when we came back at night). Guram drove us safely on this very long day trip. We would definitely recommend him!
