We had a wonderful trip to Da Nang, and our driver Tom made the experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Throughout the journey, he shared fascinating stories about the history of Vietnam and explained the landmarks and scenery we passed, which made the trip much more interesting. He was always punctual, picked us up exactly on time, and everything was well organized with no delays. He also gave us plenty of free time to explore each location at our own pace without feeling rushed. As a thoughtful bonus, he provided drinks and even included some extra attractions, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Da Nang. Tom was an amazing tour guide ! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and protective. I traveled with mommy and Tom was so considerate and mindful of her abilities while also allowing her to experience everything! We had an incredible day with our driver, Hai. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and spoke in fluent English. The drive was smooth and a very clean car with aircon. Hai took us to Marble mountain, Ba Ba Hills and The Lady Buddha (Monkey Mountain). Hai met us each time after our site trips and provided us with cool water / cola cola. My daughter and I were very impressed. I would recommend Hai to anyone!!

TSM travel company worked with me to create a great day tour that included some time at a secluded beach on Son Tra after a morning sightseeing. Duc our driver was amazing! We thought we had just booked a driver but we had the full tour guide experience. He couldn’t have been more helpful showing us around, explaining the history, giving us bottles of water and taking photos with us. He’s a really friendly respectful and knowledgeable person. I can’t recommend Duc highly enough!

I visited Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge today, and the driver and tour company I booked through Viator were outstanding. When I accidentally selected the wrong tour during booking, I contacted the company to explain the mistake. Even though it was completely my fault, they were incredibly friendly, understanding, and supportive. They quickly adjusted my reservation without any hassle, and their excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free. My driver, Xin Chao, was exceptional. Most importantly, he drove safely and professionally throughout the trip. He was courteous, patient, and shared interesting cultural information about the area along the way. He also waited for us while we explored Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge, then guided us through the process of purchasing our tickets and boarding the transportation. I highly recommend both this company and Xin Chao to anyone visiting Da Nang. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made this one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam.

We had Tom as our driver who is very friendly and whose English is very good. Full of local knowledge so we had no need to book a guide at any of our destinations. We are 3 older ladies and he was very mindful of our safety, ensuring we had lots of cold water and cool wipes all day. We had a fantastic day out and would highly recommend this trip with Tom

We booked a trip to visit My Son Sanctuary, Marble Mountain and The Lady Bhudda. Tom arrived promptly in a very comfortable air conditioned car at 8am and spent the next 9 hours with us. He's very courteous and friendly with good English and has a wealth of local knowledge, so we had no need to book a guide at any destination. He came prepared with cold water, wipes and umbrellas and was very mindful that we are 3 older ladies. I would highly recommend booking him for any such trip..we had a really good day and there's nothing at all that we could fault. Thank you to Tom for making our day so memorable
