Cypriotiske traditioner og æsel eventyr

Besøgende har mulighed for at se, hvordan den traditionelle cypriotiske ost, halloumi og oliventærte laves, efterfulgt af en rundvisning på gården for at se et af de ældste oliventræer i Middelhavet og lære om æslers historie og karakteristika. Turen slutter med en smagning af gårdens produkter, herunder æselmælk og hudplejeprodukter samt økologisk olivenolie. Den sidste del af udflugten inkluderer et måltid, masser af vin og livlig underholdning med cypriotiske danse og musik.

• Ankomst til gården "Golden donkeys" kl. 17.00 • Vi starter med Halloumi live show. Vores kok vil vise hele processen med at lave denne traditionelle ost • Mellem begyndelsen og slutningen af ostefremstillingsprocessen vil vi lave traditionelt olivenbrød 30-40 min (under mesterklassen, tegning for børn) • Gårdrundvisning 30 minutter. Turister vil kunne se et voksmuseum, et traditionelt cypriotisk hus, vores fjerkræ, geder og selvfølgelig æsler. • Kort æseltur (10 min) • Smagning af landbrugsprodukter og æselmælkprodukter 30 minutter • Middag kl. 19.00 Traditionel buffet (appetitvækkere, salater, bulgur, landsbypasta og ost, bagte kartofler med oregano og olivenolie, lam, svinekød, kylling, vin, vand, juice til børn) • Cypriotisk aften kl. 19:30. Bemærk venligst, at start ti,e og afhentning tid er ikke det samme. Afhentning starter kl. 15:00 i Protaras, kl. 15:20 i Ayia Napa og kl. 15:45 i Larnaca-området. Afhentning fra Limassol er på anmodning. Du vil blive informeret 1-2 dage før aktiviteten om den nøjagtige afhentning tid. Mødestedet i en gåafstand kan tildeles.

So authentic and fun! You can see the passion of the owners and the pride they take in their work. A must see!
This was an absolutely fantastic tour packed with history, activities, food, entertainment, and, of course, donkeys. I enjoyed trying the different donkey milk products and hanging out with the donkeys. They're such friendly and adorable creatures. In the evening, there was a delicious buffet topped with dancing, music, and traditional Greek Cypriot entertainment. Had an absolutely brilliant time! I highly recommend this tour and would do it again myself!
This is one of those activities that delivers far more than you can imagine. Not only are the owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they help create a real party atmosphere (even though you learn a lot about donkeys and olive oil creation, as well as making Halloumi and Olive Pies) for your enjoyment. You will be surrounded by fellow guests from at least a dozen countries, and you will all dance as one (and shout “Opa” many, many times. The donkey milk products you will sample are fantastic. The homemade Halloumi is a real joy of deliciousness. The dinner and entertainment will leave you far more than satisfied. You will leave this place with a smile on your face and a song on your lips. Be sure to take a donkey ride to earn your “International Donkey Driving License “.

This experience absolutely exceeded all expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! Meeting point was given in advance and transport was already there waiting by the time we arrived. Good communication from tour provider following booking. Experience was fantastic, all activities listed in description took place. Food and drink was all you can eat/drink while you were there. Entertainment of dancing and singing was the best bit! Be prepared to get fully involved! I was travelling with a disabled companion and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was included throughout. Looking forward to coming again in the future!
