Adrian gave us a very informative tour of the city of Cuenca. The route was manageable and easily peddled. I felt like it was one hour too long though. They could have covered everything in two hours.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found Adrian’s tour informative and the route manageable. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the tour length and will take it into consideration to improve future experiences. Team Cuenca Bestours

Excellent way to find all the hidden gems in Cuenca. Great combination of biking, historical experiences, found all the beautiful parks. Adrian was a wonderful host! We are 50’s and it was perfect!
We visited the Yunguilla region of Ecuador. Our guide, Adrian, was educational and informative. He pointed out many things along the bike trail. Cuenca BesTours went above and beyond to make this trip happen; very memorable!

On a sunday afternoon, we had the idea to do the bike tour in Cuenca the next day. I found a telephone number on the site and send a whatsapp message. I got an answer real quick that they would do their best to find a guide for the next morning. And a few hours later, I got a message that they actually found somebody: Wilson! So the next day, Wilson's wife picked us up at the hotel and she took us to their home, where the bikes were. We met Wilson and he explained some things about the bikes (mostly about braking :)). Wilson is a very friendly guide who knows a lot about Cuenca and it's history. We always love to see cities while biking through them and with Wilson sharing his knowledge, it made it even more interesting. After the tour we went back to his home, where we were welcomed by his wife with some fruit to eat. We loved the tour!
Thank you for sharing your delightful experience with us! We're pleased to hear that our team was able to arrange a last-minute tour for you, and that Wilson provided you with a memorable experience. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed exploring Cuenca by bike, accompanied by Wilson's insightful commentary. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to him and his wife. Cuenca Bestous Team
My husband and I really enjoyed our biking tour! From the beginning, it was a smooth process. Booking was easy and communication from start to finish was excellent. Wilson was our guide and his super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about Ecuadorian history and culture. He speaks clear English, making the experience easy for folks still learning Spanish. In fact, he also taught us some new Spanish words we used during the rest of our stay. We road around Cuenca for a couple of hours visiting historical sites, and museums, and experiencing the beauty of this amazing city. It was laid back and customized to our biking ability and preferences. Wilson also gave us recommendations for coffee, dinner, places to explore, etc and we enjoyed everyone one of them. It was such a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested in exploring Cuenca in a fun and active way!!
Cycling through the city was amazing. I saw so many parts of the city you don't see on the bus tours or by foot. The guide Andres was fantastic, so knowledgeable and I felt safe on the streets at all times.
Fun way to see the city. A little stressful biking amongst the traffic, but still fun. Guide was very accommodating & willing to customize.
Sebastian, our guide, had such extensive knowledge of Cuenca it made our ride so interesting. He kept us safe and the bike paths are beautiful. We even tasted local food and drink in the colonial section of town that was delicious. 5 star experience
Maria was our guide and she was always smiling even while navigating traffic circles. She enjoyed illustrating history using the beautiful city of Cuenca's rivers and gardens. The biking was vigorous but not exhausting and Maria frequently gave us rest stops. She gracefully switched to a full tour of an Ecuadorian botanical garden showing plants and fruits unique to her country. She talked about the critical role clean water nourishes the land and the harvest of wonderful food Ecuadorians enjoy. Of course she guided us safely throughout Cuenca waiting for my wife and I as needed. I highly recommend her guided bicycle tour of beautiful Cuenca.
